The main bathroom was upstairs and was narrow. Seems like some of the space where the jacuzzi tub was could have been used to widen the bathroom a bit because it was like a tunnel.

The room was really nice. We were offered an upgrade to an executive suite and it was really nice and spacious.

The staff was helpful, friendly and professional. The rooms were spotless, comfortable and beautifully appointed. Breakfast had a great selection of cakes, pies, breads, cold cuts n cheeses and egg dishes.

My stay at The Moon Boutique Hotel exceeded expectations. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. The check-in process was seamless, and the staff went above and beyond to help me with a birthday surprise for my husband. The room itself was beautiful and clean, with modern amenities. The Spa was a great addition to relaxing after walking all day exploring Florence. I highly recommend it!

We liked the cleanliness, the very helpful reception staff - big shout out to Bill for his help, the spa and the breakfast. Good transport facilities to the centre if you didn’t fancy the 20/25 minute walk.

Considering the cost of the room and status of the hotel…. No tea/coffee facilities apparently the room was too small ! Complimentary water only provided on arrival, a real issue if the weather is hot. Not as close to city centre as imagined

The mattress was not very good. The hot tub was 30C which was very cold. Even in water birth the requirement is 37C to match body temperature.

It's a personal preference, and I thought that there was too much white marble everywhere! But that's the only small issue! Everything else was great.

We really enjoyed our stay, all the staff is exceptional and friendly, the breakfast is great and the team in charge of breakfast is really on top with all customers. The Moon boutique hotel is a great hotel and it is ideal for couples willing to spend a few days in Florence.

Absolutely everything! It’s an amazing boutique hotel, with a excellent front desk, ready to help you in every situation. The hotel is in a very good position, close to the center, and 10 min away from central station 🚉. Thank you Billy for all your help, thank you Andreea for your birthday cookie 🍪. The breakfast it’s so so good .. and homemade cookies are the best. For sure I’m coming back to you guys . You made me feel like home ❤️

Not much to say - we had some trouble with our aircon / ventilation which was set at 22 degrees so it got quite warm for us.

Amazing hotel with friendly staff with one of the best spas we have been to. Location was easy and quick to reach from the airport using public transport. The hotel is a 20 minute walk from the centre of town and you can walk along the river which was very nice. Breakfast was pleasant with cold buffet and hot and cold options on a menu. Room was huge and comfortable. Would happily stay again.
