Pillows were awfully uncomfortable. Room was really really hot regardless of the Ac that had no power at all,had to request in reception for a key to open the window which helped to cool the room down but the noise outside wouldn’t let us sleep,between constant ambulances, traffic, tram, people shouting at 4 am… would love to rate the hotel higher but spent 3 nights sleep deprived.

Very clean, bathroom was spacious and staff was friendly.

The room was warm and we were informed that they do not turn on the air conditioning until April. We opened a window which unfortunately let in the noise from the street and a mosquito!

The cleanliness was second to none. Staff were very friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. The spa facilities were lovely and were an added bonus , so relaxing at the end of a busy day sightseeing. Breakfast was exceptional, one of the best we have experienced, and we have stayed in many hotels around the world.

Only a small thing, but the mirror in the bedroom could have done with being lower. I'm 5' 11" and could only see the top of my head when sat at the dressing table area!

Beautiful hotel, warmly met by Billy. Our room was a good size with immaculately clean bathroom. Breakfast selection was varied and as well as all the fruits, cereal, pastries and cheeses you can order omelettes, pancakes etc from the menu. Turn left out the hotel and walk to the river then left again straight in to the main tourist area, about 20 minutes. The trams stop right outside the hotel so easy to get to and from the airport so great location.

If you are very sensitive for sleeping than ask the room not facing towards trams way. We got that, as am not sensitive so it didnot bother me

We had a great stay at The Moon Boutique Hotel & Spa. The room was very comfortable and we enjoyed the ability to use the spa facilities. The breakfast is very nice. The staff was very accomodating and always ready to help. The hotel is situated less than 10 minutes from the SMN train station. The city center is close-by, about 20 minutes by foot.

Not much to dislike about it. If you hate walking, then the hotel is not in the best location for being in the heart of the tourist attractions. The public transportation does not get you close to the museum for the statue of David, but they will kindly request at taxi for you help in that area. Since the taxi rates are reasonable, you can still get to the Santa Maria cathedral or museum for under 13 euros if you do want to walk. If you walk, you can get there in 25-30 mins. Plenty to see on the way.

The rooms were so classy and comfortable. Everything was extremely clean and the staff was totally awesome and helpful with anything you needed. The location was ideal for catching public transportation as you simply walk outside and it is right there. The hotel was close to the train station so you could easily take the tram one stop to the hotel. We did not get to experience the SPA but the breakfast was top notch. This hotel was the perfect place for a quiet, comfortable and enjoyable retreat for couples. OMG, the staff was so nice and accommodating.

Nothing really, maybe not having time to use the spa but that was definitely on us!

Luxury stay without the luxury price. The hotel is absolutely stunning, modern and felt like a really luxury stay. The staff were friendly and helped us make sure we didn’t miss any of the must do sights for Florence. Breakfast was great too! The location is great specially if you’re driving, you don’t get in to the city traffic but everything is in walking distance once you park the car.
