I loved everything! nothing to the fault of the hotel. but just as a heads up for anyone with a large group or lots of luggage- its on the top floor and the elevator is a bit small as with all European apartments. so just be aware :)

Everything here was amazing. The staff were very kind, the location was great- very close to the train station, only a quick walk. perfect for early flights! also only about a 10/15 min walk to some of the main sights. the decor was incredible. unique, modern, with a touch of charm from the old building. bed was super comfortable. bathroom was very spacious considering we're in Europe. shower was huge. they offered cleaning every day. rooms were incredibly quite, AC worked great. my only suggestion is it would be nice to have a small safe! I will definitely be staying here on my next trip to Rome. HIGHLY recommend.

The room was very cozy and comfortable. The location was close to various public transportat and tourist attractions. Great place for coffee and breakfast/lunch just next to the building (Napoli's coffee). Kind surprise, Prosecco bottle as compliment from the host.

Great and very helpful host Daniele, very special interior of apartments with historic structures, but new reconstructed. Perfect service and very nice personel. Also center position of apartments is great, we was close to all main Rome attractions, we practically did not need bus or metro, everithing was avaíable by walk. Our stay in Rome was great also because this perfect accommodation.

Daniele was really friendly and he helped us much as he could! The location was excellent, you can walk to Fontana di Trevi but also there is a metro station a few metres from the apartment and bus station witch was useful! The room was clean and had everything we needed. We absolutely recommend it!

Nothing was missing from what they had promised. However, having a safe and private fridge would be a good idea.

The room was clean, beautiful, and spacious. The bed was comfortable. The guest house is located on the 6th floor of the old apartment, but there is a cozy elevator that you can use. The air conditioning was good, and the room was comfortable. The manager was always available through WhatsApp and answered all our requests promptly. We also got a goodbye drink. The place is tricky if you do not like walking and do not want to spend much on a taxi; it is located in the neighborhood with excellent restaurants and very close to the central train station of the Rome (Termini), but if you do not like walking much, then it might be problematic becasue it takes 20 minutes to walk to the main tourist areas.

our room was adjacent to a common seating are / honesty bar and could get a bit noisy if other guests were sitting there chatting.

Felt like a boutique style accommodation. Though the decor was simple, it was high quality. Air conditioning in the room was a real benefit as it was very hot in Rome. The bed was very comfortable and large.

We loved everything

Fabulous place in a really good location. Close to the main train station and also the metro station so its very easy to access all the places of interest if you don't feel like walking. Lots of bars and restaurants in the area. The room was lovely, with air con and completely modernised while retaining some of the original historic features. Huge shower too and a central communal space with a fridge. Immaculately clean. Daniele was a great host and gave us lots of information on where things were and how to get there, also information on good places to eat. I would highly recommend the Roman Way Opera.

Everything! The room was really spacious. The property is modern but also incorporates lots of the original features of the building. The shower was lovely and we appreciated that they provided toiletries. Daniele was really communicative before and during our stay. He responded quickly to any questions and he was always happy to help!

The location is amazing, near from all places in the center of everything, 5 minutes walking from metro station. Daniele the host is one of the best hosts I’ve ever dealt with, he’s so helpful and always available. Definitely I’ll stay in the same place if I came back to Rome. Its really recommended.
