Centrally located, very clean and comfortable apartment. Serena is very friendly and helpful. Check-in and out are so easy. It's a very lovely and well furnished apartment. Will definitely stay here again.

The owner is very Nice and very helpful, she gave us a very good recommendations and even helped us book a place for dinner during Easter! The location is very good, right on the corner is the start of the old city. The apartment has everything you need and you can relax on nice terraces after day in the city. Serena is always reachable and responds very quickly!

Hostess, Serena, was amazing. She walked us to the supermarket and airport bus pickup point, and provided us with bus schedules and map. This saved us lots of time and saved us from stressing about times, meeting points, etc. Very kind and hospitable. Offered to help in any way. Attention to detail was very obvious in the apartment. We didn’t want for anything. Thank you so much!

The main double bed mattress was not as comfortable as we would have liked.

Spacious, quiet with two outside patios and excellently equipped. Well located close to good dining facilities and half a mile from the historic centre. Very welcoming host.

There was not one thing we did not like.

Serena’s apartment was just so comfortable in that she had thought of every little thing to make our stay, our home away from home. So many little touches. Besides the fabulous location of the apartment, there was Serena’s level of service, to see us in and explain how to get around. Special restaurants were booked for us and she was so very kind in driving us to pick up our rental car on leaving. The apartment had three balconies and i loved having my morning cup of tea on the little one.

The apartment was a little cluttered, it felt like you were living in someone’s home. Overall we did enjoy our stay at Le Terrazze Segrete in Palermo.

The location was great, just outside the old town area and easy to walk to discover Palermo. The hosts were amazing and couldn’t do enough for us, even helping carry our luggage up the stairs and booking tickets on line. The apartment was equipped with a Washer, airer and ironing board which was really needed when travelling. Little things left in the kitchen and bathroom were very thoughtful as well as a great coffeemaker. The hosts definitely wanted you to feel comfortable.

The property is fully equipped with everything you need. Clearly it is a well loved home that has been nicely furnished with modern fittings that blend beautifully with the age of the property. We really like the terraces where we ate our meals. In the mornings I sat on the terrace reading my book enjoying the complimentary coffee.

Everything ….. a charming flat in a great location . Five mins from the airport shuttle stop . A lovely terrace, large comfortable bed and superbly appointed . Everything you might need is provided . Great WI-FI . Serena the owner was excellent in all her communications . Serena and her English husband Malcom are an utterly delightful couple who obviously go out of their way to make. their guests fell at home and welcome .

We were warmly welcomed by Serena, who made sure we got all the information we needed. Before we arrived sehr had been extremely helpful finding us a place to park. the apartment is perfect for a family with two kids, the kitchen is very well equipped, and the terraces are just wonderful. It is possible to walk almost everywhere (and our Kids are 2,5 and 5, so short legs), and there are many shopping possibilities very close.

Serena gave us a great welcome on arrival. She gave us lots of recommendations of places to see, restaurants, music venues. We really loved the apartment. Very comfortable in every way and Serena had everything you could possibly need for our stay. Just so sorry it was too short. A wonderful memory. typical Italian style , spacious with private balconies to sit out on for a coffee or glass of wine . Great location for breakfast at a local cafe plus food and drinks in restaurants within minutes. Walking distance to centre and pick up for shuttle to airport . frequent buses to train station . Serena was a fantastic host and we would love to return to this place .

Very nice set up. Comfortable and quiet rooms and beds. Loved the terraces. Good shower. lots of coffee for us. But BEST OF ALL was our host followed by the location, location, location. We walked to every site, restaurant, patisserie, and wandered old town. Even in the heat wave the heat pump kept the bedroom cool for sleeping. Serena, our host, is charming, funny, helpful, knowledgeable, and knows how to run a rental unit. We had no issues at all

nothing, everything was perfect!

Me and a friend went to Palermo for 3 days on a lil weekend trip. The only available flight arrived at 00h35- we were worried about how to get home. Serena was amazing, from before the trip, getting in touch to see if we had any preference for breakfast food and how we were getting to the apartment. When i saw there werent many options at that late time at night, she offered to pick us up from the airport for a small fee, which was AMAZING as we didnt have to worry about that. The house is pefect- we never had to use public transport or taxis in our 3 days- walking everywhere. It has everything you need, even though its in the center, the street is calm and she had just installed double windows, so you can't really hear the street noise. Most of the main streets are car free, so even after going out at night, we were able to walk home at 2/3 am feeling safe. The beds were super confy, there is AC and heating, and even the pressure from the shower is perfection! GRAZIE MILLE PER TUTTI Serena!

One notice though from our site, that probably grabbing a pair of earplugs might be not a bad idea, it is sometimes really noisy in the bedroom during the night (as in the whole Palermo, I guess, :) )

The very nice apartment, It could be used for a long stay with 1 or 2 kids. The apartment was very clean and there was everything we needed. I would emphasize the interior with old Italian furniture, which makes the whole atmosphere of staying in Palermo unforgettable. Great thanks to the owners!
