The location would be a challenge for anyone with mobility issues given the stairs and you should not bring a large/heavy bag, even if it has wheels.

This property was exceptional from the location to the accommodations and the service and by far the best of our entire trip to Italy. The view was absolutely spectacular and we would come back to Italy just to stay here.

It is a hike up the hill from train station. It was a challenge at times with luggage.

The best place we stayed at in Cinque Terre - sleek, modern vibe for the room (we stayed in the Panorama suite, that accommodated well 2 adults and 2 children). Everything is comfortable, this room has a big terrace with a great sea view, a sofa bed, chaises-longues and a jacuzzi. We appreciated the welcome pack (esp after an intense trek from Manarola), the great Vertuo coffee machine, the well-stocked and included mini bar in the room as well as the lovely breakfast. All in all, everything is done with attention to detail and with the client's comfort in mind. The owners and staff go the extra mile and this makes all the difference. We're regularly choosing high end hotels on holidays and our experience at this place was very much in line with what you would expect from a 5* hotel, with the added benefit of the personalised service and attention you get from a family type of business. We highly recommend.

The directions to find the location could have been simplified. (Referencing walking through the tunnel would have helped those not familiar with the area.)

This property boasts magnificent views! We stayed in a double deluxe room and it was what you would expect size-wise given the locale. (Not super spacious, but adequate and nicely equipped.) The room was very nicely furnished, nice amenities, great service and the host goes the extra mile to ensure your stay is exceptional! We loved everything about this property and would highly recommend it! The private terrace is wonderful! I would definitely come back and highly recommend it! You won’t be disappointed!

This is a beautiful hotel set above Riomaggiore. The location with the view is a bit of a walk up steps and hill but totally worth it for the view and quiet. The hosts found us restaurant reservations and did everything to make our stay amazing. Hot tub was incredible after a day of very hard hiking.

This is one of the most beautiful places we have stayed. Room while small was great. The patio was the best. Breakfast was beyond great. Great town, great place. David the owner is a really nice helpful guy. I hope we have the opportunity to return some day.

The Sunset Line was absolutely amazing! The room and view were breathtaking. The staff was wonderful. When we checked in, they brought us snacks and drinks, which was wonderful after a long day of travel for us. The room was very clean. There was everything we could need for an exceptional stay. The hottub was great to use after hiking all day. I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. We had an amazing time there.

The sliding doors are a little difficult to lock and unlock, and there isn’t a code to enter the property.

Stunning views, rooms, and memories. I spent a week in Italy and just being at this hotel was the highlight of my traveling. The food was incredible, the room was beautiful, and had everything I needed. I loved relaxing in the jacuzzi while watching the sunset on my private deck. It is quite a hike up from the main avenue in town and that’s hard after a big meal! Arriving by train with the walk uphill was hard with bags. The first elevator simply is always out of order although the elevator at the church is working. By car it would be easy to arrive and park.

This location is very special with a spectacular sea view, especially at sunset. We were lucky to stay in the garden room with our own hot tub on the terrace. There’s a cold water spray shower to cool off as needed. What a wonderful terrace also for cappuccino in the morning or sharing wine in the evening. The room itself was clean and comfortable. Minibar included drinks were a godsend for thirsty walkers. They even send you out on your day with a bottle of water! Everyone was so friendly and helpful.
