This is our second stay here and we particularly like the rooms, the location (good for walking your dog after a long day driving and easy access to the old town), the breakfast (excellent choices and fresh) and have enjoyed a great pizza both times on the evening we arrived (makes us sound unadventurous but it was so good the first time, that we couldn't resist the second!)

When we arrived the bathroom was rather smelly, but after letting the water flow a bit the smell luckily disappeared. Maybe next time better to check and do this before the guests arrive.

The property is a really nice typical mountain house. The staff is very friendly and the food very tasty. We had a very good dinner for a very reasonable price and an excellent breakfast.

Loved the quiet location overlooking the city, but an easy walk to the center. We appreciated the hotel being dog-friendly. The room was nice and the bed was comfortable, with plush duvets. We also loved the food at the restaurant--we had the salad bar and a pizza. Lastly, the sauna/dampbad area was really nice.

The room was a lovely size and quiet. The choice at breakfast was fantastic, but we really loved our dinner. The location provided a good view of the valley and we enjoyed walking our dog in the area.

I really didnt find anything to dislike...

Great hotel, I definately recomend it! We were tired after our Holiday And this was our last and only night spent at this place before we went home. We had a dinner which was delicius, the bed was very comfortable together with the best pillow ever 😁 The hotel is on a quiet place, the room was really dark (thanks outside curtons) and the breakfast was till 10 oclock, so we had really nice long rest. And the last thing we really liked was that we got a full can of coffee in the morning (we dont like the italian espresso :) ). All that we absolutely appriciate. Oh, and the view....and the balcony.... 😁😁❤️👍👍👍

We had a lovely double room with balcony and stunning view of the mountains. Dinner and breakfast were both superb. We are very pleased we found this hotel and had good parking and I am sure it could get quite busy.

The bed was too soft and we had to learn the opening time of the restaurant, because its different than in Germany.

If no one is a the reception, it's not clear who to approach and where.

I really liked the breakfast, which was a good mix of German-style and Italian-style breakfast with abundant choice for either direction. Also the restaurant in the hotel prepared well-tasting food. The rooms are quiet. Only from the rooms facing Brixen you'll hear the highway with the windows open, but with windows closed, you don't hear anything. The wall-mounted hairdryer was a strong model (big bonus) and there's absolutely enough parking. Brixen is just a 1.3km walk down the valley; it's a 100m ascend going back up, but you follow a paved road, so you wouldn't even need light, I feel.

One waiter was very attentive and kind, but the other one seemed that we are bothering the service by being there during breakfast time.

Wellness area is really great, many options to relax. Food portions are generous.

I didn't look for anything better for my stay

The hotel is a short distance from Vipiteno centre along a narrow road. It is well worth driving there. It's a lovely chalet style. There are some signs of wear but this didn't worry me. The bedroom was a good size with an additional sofabed. The bathroom is old style but good The distance from Vipiteno doesn't stop people filling the restaurant. Probably because the dinner was very good and so was the breakfast. I enjoyed my stay and have booked for my return trip
