The appartment is in the great location in the old town of Pizzo with perfect view to the castle and sea. It was very comfortable, clean, well equiped. The host was very friendly.

Right under the balcony is small piazza where park all motorbikes. The windows are sound proof, but for the ones who are bit sensitive it can be problem. Nevertheless our kid slept without problems:) Breakfast shouldn't be included in the price, it take place in one nearby bar, where they offer just some low-quality pastry and coffee. We tried it only once.

Great location with amazing view from our balcony and marvellous view from shared terrace. Mario is great host and respond in matter of moments. Shared also garage with us!

Getting to the location by car was difficult. Navigating the roads in the old town even with CarPlay was difficult. Finding parking close by was also difficult.

This property is in the best location in the old town in Pizzo. Beautiful view overlooking the water and the castle. Incredibly beautiful and comfortable apartment. Nothing is missed. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Mario is very helpful with any problems!

The drive into the apartment is a little complicated if you don't know the town, and parking can be confusing. If you speak to Mario directly, he is helpful and has a private parking place!

Mario's place was impeccable, spacious, and perfectly located. He actually has 2 double beds and a single. 2 of them are Murphy beds which creates lots of space. Make sure to check out the views from his roof! He is right next to the Castello Murat and around the corner from all the restaurants and the main square. Delicious Tartufo!!

Streets are very narrow and park is not easy , hopefully we had the possibility to park our car in the owner garage .thank you ...it is a pity to see old buildings abandoned and not restored

Top location in a brand new refurbished house. All very modern including the room top. Super friendly welcome. Breakfest in a Bar at the main square. In all: a magic place to feel very warm welcome

It is a small space. There are only two desk chairs against a counter in the corner, not good for relaxing. It would be better if there were some cups and a coffee machine. The host is not there. You have to communicate through texting. If you are not from Italy, you have to have roaming service in Italy. Mine did not work. Fortunately my wife's did.

This is a great location, right off the main Piazza in Pizzo. The place looks to be recently remodeled, very modern and clean for such an old village. It has a balcony with great views. There is a observation deck on the roof with more great views. Breakfast is offered at Bar Belvedere in the main square. There is a parking lot right in front, which is so convenient. You pay one Euro per hour until midnight. It is free from midnight to 0900. There is a ticket dispenser in the south west corner of the lot. If you pay past midnight, your time rolls over to the next day!

Timpa really exceeded our expectations! The rooms were beautiful, clean and comfortable, with an amazing view of the sea. And Mario was so kind and helpful with everything we needed!! Would recommend 100%
