We booked a room with a large bed and a sofa bed perfect for me and my brother as we did not want to sleep in the same bed. We found a big bed with linens but the sofa bed only had a cover. We asked Jennifer where the sheets were for the sofa bed but we were told there weren't any available. We were two people (me and my brother), although after my review we were accused of being 3 people and expected us to only use one bed. If you stay at Titina and you need more than one bed, best to make sure you contact the owner first which wasn't something that I saw readily available on Booking.com.

Everything was good in this accomodation, the room was big and clean , shower and bathroom also clean , bed is super comfortable ,the kitchen shared with the rest of the guests with coffee machine. The house is near a metro station Colli Albani , from here you can go to all the attractions in Rome. It was a good experience and lovely stay at Titina suites and we'll be staying here again if we ever come back to Rome in the future.

These are just a couple of things, that the owner unfortunately cannot affect. During our stay the neighbours upstairs were a bit lively and some other guests staying next to us were getting up at 6 am using the kitchen which you can very much hear 🙉. That was the only downside, as we wanted to sleep in.

The room is just the perfect size, very clean with the air-conditioning! the whole area was really great ! Easy access to the city centre by Metro and plenty of good food near the accommodation and much cheaper than in the city. Francesco is so very helpful and always contactable! 👍👏👏👏. When we asked for additional pillows, he sorted it out very quickly. I wish you all the best !

Everything was good

Fantastic apartment with lots of amenities like shampoo, shower gel and snacks. Very clean too. Shared kitchen is good each apartment gets their own shelf in the fridge. Francesco was very friendly and made us feel welcome. It’s also in a good lively location with lots of shops and restaurants nearby

Communal kitchen doesn't allow cooking on the stove top and utensils are limited. Is outside of Rome centre, so if public transport isn't for you, uber and taxi will cost a lot.

Close to bus stops and metro. Air conditioning was great. Room was large with a good bathroom. Good restaurants and cafes nearby. Our host Francesco was amazing at check in and gave us great recommendations.

The stove was out of order, and the walls are preety thin. You can hear everything from the corridor.

The owner of the suits was very kind and helpful, All things was great sometimes there was a problem of understanding language because he could not speak English very well but it is not such a big problem. At the end you will understand each somehow.

Very close to metro station and many bus stations. Clean, cosy and very confortable apartment, fully equipped (towels, soaps, shampoo, hairdryer etc) in very good and safe area, also at night it was silent, so we could sleep with open windows. Near is a market and many supermarkets around (Carrefour etc.), also a really good coffee shop 🥰Camy and her husband were very helpfull and nice. We had also coffee, tea in the room and some nice snacks. The kitchen was newly made, it was very clean, equipped with fridge, microwave, kettle, drinking water also. We will comeback again soon.

The usage of a kitchen is not as comfortable as it seems, which was not a big problem for us. It is a shared kitchen with two other rooms, and hot plates are out of function. Paper towels for wiping dishes would be a good idea. But still, coffee machine and kettle are usefull for starting a day.

The owner is super kind and helpful, responding in a few minutes and very reliable. Snacks (crackers and sweets) and coffee uppon arrival are very nice welcome gestures. The apartment is safe, newly equipped, with comfortable beds and almost all that you could need. Although a bit far from a city center, neighborhood is safe, without noise, and well connected with a city center and Vatican by public transport (two metro stations are 5-6 minutes of walking away from the apartment, as well as a few bus stations). To achieve city center, you need 30-45 min. In case of visiting Rome again, we would choose this apartment again.

If there is one thing, then it's not in the center of the city, but very close to a Metro A station, so great value for this price.

The apartment was easy to find, and Francesco, our host was waiting for us to arrive. The room was tidy and modern, with a nice bathroom, a TV and free wifi. The apartment has a kitchen for everybody to use with caffé, tea and snacks, witch was also great. It had everything we needed for a 4 night stay in Rome. Francesco also recommended some great reastaurants in the neighborhood.

I would expect a cleaning after 3 or 4 nights o 7. However, this does not give a bad effect on the good impression I had at all. The location is goo,d and silent, but it would need a few good Italian restaurants. However, there are many possibilities not to stay hungry.

All services were well organised. The Appartment was clean and well located regarding public transport network. Everything worked fine and uncomplicated, especially what referred to tax payment.

The bed was too soft for me and a single (but giant) blanket for both of us. I had to repair the bed. It was into pieces when we arrived. 😀

We arrived after 11 pm and payed some extra costs. This was not a surprise, they told us before. The rooms are close to each other, if you have noisy neighbors, it is not a good thing.

The place is very clean and modern. The staff was very kind and I was able to reach them anytime. The metro station is close to the place and there are some nice restaurants as well.
