There are transient people nearby and two women from our group left to go shopping right after dark and a worker nearby told them to go back to the hotel and he nicely escorted them back. He said it wasn't safe for two women.

It was near the train station and good restaurants. The way to enter is by pressing a bell outside the building. The elevator is needed when you have luggage.

1 min walk from Central Station (termini). Easy access to the public transport 24/7 reception. Very helpful staff Avg 30 minutes walk from main attractions. If you take the bus, scooter or metro it will be just fine

I stayed in 3001 a perfect place staff were friendly, nice and helpful I’d recommend it to everyone apart from ppl taller thn 6+ feet cuz the toilet was next to the sink which wasn’t comfortable sitting. The rest it was perfect

The double bed was two single mattresses joined together and it was not practically for a couple as the mattresses keep giving way in between

There was a very strong smell of cigarettes in the room when we entered, we had to open the windows to try to get some of the smell out. No hot water during our stay, it was winter! We couldn’t shower in such a cold water.

Our room was positioned in a separate building compared to the actual hotel. We were given 3 sets of keys; one for the entrance to the building and the door which opens a separate lobby within the building, one for our door to the room, and one for our electricity which was confusing and quite troublesome to transport our luggage to from the reception of the hotel (same for check out). Furthermore, the entrance to the hotel was locked and we were never told how to actually enter the hotel. So we were locked outside at multiple times and had to either phone the hotel or rely on other guests to open the door from the inside.

Spacious, clean room with a nice bed right beside Rome station. The room itself waa very nice and allowed us to thoroughly enjoy our stay in rome and provided us with quick and easy access to the main station.

I didn’t not like the vent in the bathroom that was full of dust I thought it was gross and not clean.

The bed was comfortable the location was good it was relatively clean to sleep for 1 night. Staff was very nice.

When ever I go to the hotel there are no hot water to wash your face :( and alitel bit in the shower:( NO HOT WATER

Encountered challenges with A/C, functioning only as a heater. Had to resort to opening windows due to noise from busy streets. Additionally, hot tub experience was hindered by continuous hot water drainage, requiring extended waiting periods.

The water pressure in the room was unusable. We weren't able to take a shower because it was a drizzle, literally.

Comfy beds, clean, prive, and great location. Also the check was straight-forward and we appreciated that we were able to drop off our luggage beforehand.

Water pressure for shower was very low. When complained, was told entire 3rd floor has that problem. Also, shower had large amount of hair on floor from previous guests. No suitcase rack. Front desk said they were on order. Missing one bed table. Front desk said a replacement had been ordered.

Location was excellent, 24hr reception so didn’t have to carry your key. Secure entrance. Comfortable bed.

The bathroom was really small and the water pressure was incredibly slow in the shower.

The staff were very helpful and due to our busy itinerary we were initially concerned about the logistics of storing our luggage. The hotel however was extremely helpful with minding our luggage both before check in and after check out to allow us to continue with our tourism plans without having to worry about our luggage. That was a huge help!

The shower had to run for 5 min to get hot water and the pressure is very poor. You have to hand in your key when going out for the day. 24 hr service was always asleep so had to knock him up. Even had to lean on the outer bell on one occasion. Not very good when having early starts and late finishes for the Ryder Cup. Also tried to over charge us on city tax.

The room is cleaned everyday.
