Breakfast offers could be more varied.

Quiet location, parking on site, beautiful park behind the hotel, which is surrounded by greenery and trees. A 15 minutes walk to the train station, good train connection to Rome and back.

Directly on a very busy street. If you happen to have a room facing the street, it's very noisy as the sound insulation is not good - i could hear the guy snoring in the next room.

Spacious room, although the interior is a dated. Breakfast is good if you like sweets. Private parking (with cam surveillance). 5-10 minutes walk to station (to Rome).

The rooms are a little noisy

As we were travelling around Italy by car getting in to central Rome was going to be hair raising as well as expensive to park and negotiate the ZTL. So we changed plan and decided to stay out of Rome and commute in by train. The hotel is basic but comfortable, breakfast was included and offered a nice selection. And we had free secure parking so didn’t need to worry about the car.

I particularly liked the staff who were very helpful. The hotel is a beautiful classical style building and the room very comfortable. Food at the hotel restaurant was very good with an excellent service. A pleasant experenience indeed.

The access to the property was limited , locked gates. The advertised pool was closed - no reason given. The decor was tired. Room safe in bizarre position in the base of the wardrobe with no light source to illuminate what you were doing. Cleaning staff kept opening fire escape next to room - felt unsafe

Breakfast was standard type - bread , cheese, ham , cereal, cakes and croissants. Coffee was machine standard. Overall quality of items was above average to good. Room was spacious and clean- generally. The bathroom had a lot of limescale deposits around the sink tap, as well as the shower cubicle closure/sliders. The appature to enter the shower was narrow. The bed was large, firm , comfortable. Staff were pleasant , multilingual.

the staff in reception probably hate visitors more close to the end of the day. Very dirty room (floor, bathroom).

the only garden behind the hotel and its own parking is very good. The breakfast is better than the hotel itself.

Room is old, bathroom need to repair, all furniture is old, breakfest not so good, seems like ham smell , not clean table really bad

Unfortunately, I stayed only one night instead of four and checked out. I felt deceived regarding the hotel quality, the room and above all the location and distance from Roma … It was extremely expensive and exhausting to get a taxi, the reception said it is better to book it one day ahead! and other public transportations are limited, either too crowded in a nonhumanitarian way (buses) or very distant (train). It took more than 90 minutes in the morning to go to Roma by the taxi. The nearest commercial center is 1.5km from the hotel. The hotel management refused to refund me the three nights that I didn’t stay claiming that it is because of Booking.com policies while Booking.com are claiming that is because of the hotel refusing to refund! One needs to be more careful on the choices next time!

old and not functional are two different things. I totally don’t mind “old”. Many things just didn’t work and it seemed normal to the staff.

well…. it’s close to a four-star hotel next-door, so at least I can enjoy spa and dinner in the neighbor hotel.

I stayed in the Grand Duca Dest instead. Upgrade a lovely surprise. Staff were wonderful, friendly and helpful. Loved the breakfast. Simple yet very tasty. The pool was fab.

Pool not open even in hot weather. Why? Location is too far from Tivoli to see the villas there, and the local town is quite dull. Room v small and some of the lights didn't work.

Checked us in early, which was much appreciated. Good parking (free) and the breakfast was ok.
