The view was spectacular, our rooms overlooked the sea,we had a lovely little balcony. The breakfast was very good and the staff were very helpful & friendly. A special thanks to the Signora Pina .We will definitely return to Scopello

It could use some updating and more breakfast choices.

This hotel has a fantastic location overlooking the water. Our room had an incredible view and was very comfortable. The tiles in our bathroom and bedroom were beautiful. It’s a hotel that has been in the family for generations and although it could use some updating it is old world and authentic. The breakfast was so so and an additional fee.

The room was a little dated but it was a real experience

Wonderful location with spectacular view from the balcony. The owner could not have been more welcoming and the breakfast spread was unsurpassed. There were local produce from Olives to lemon jam and fresh scrambled eggs.

Not easy to contact because the owner speaks Italian so we confuse about parking , this area was ZTL zone. We come in low season so most part of hotel was close.

Great view , classic room and beautiful toilet tile. They had nearly good restaurant just 2 minutes walk. Small town but very charming.

Bathroom vanity tap and shower needed attention or re-placing.

Excellent location within the village 'Borgo' our room had an excellent ocean view. Excellent continental breakfast --on the terrace overlooking the ocean weather permitting. Good size room and bathroom with a bonus balcony. Hotel decor reminiscent of yesteryear but all up a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Being picky the room could have been a little cleaner. A lot of dust under the bed and in one of the drawers which also contained part of a broken piece of furniture. It would have been nice to try the restaurant but it was closed as our visit was out of season.

Lovely room with view over the hills and part of the coast. Good size room and massive bed. Well appointed bathroom. Hotel has an excellent position in the heart of Scopello. Staff friendly but with limited English not that this is expected or an issue. Useful advice given of where to park close by for free.

Location was excellent. Room was very clean. Check in could have been a little smoother, host did not speak English well so it was a little difficult. However she was friendly and helpful. Restaurant was closed but several more options in walking distance.

Douche is very small. We needed to ask for extra towels - it was not replaced or renewed.

Sad that the restaurant was closed. I heard it was very good and it was still on booking.com website.

I liked the ambiance the absence of ultra modern lines. The bathroom was beautifully tiled in wonderful colours. Around the walls were authentic paintings in different styles, not the usual boring hotel pictures. The views from the breakfast terrace were unimaginably beautiful. My room was spacious and the best bed I’ve slept in. Everything was up to date while also being Sicilian. I wish I could have stayed longer to explore the surroundings and the beaches.

One staff member who ran reception was quite rude. To our guests and others from what we could see. She was very un-helpful and un-pleasant.

View and location were amazing 10/10. Breakfast was ok. Some staff members were very accommodating and helpful and polite. Rooms were clean and satisfactory.

Parking was quite a distance away.

Very lovely family run hotel and perfect location to visit Tonnara di Scopello that is approximately 10-15 minute hike away. Hotel itself is quite old without any refurbishment done recently but it is kept very clean and comfortable. Had generally a very pleasant experience staying here.

Would be nice if you could get a coffee in the morning if you don’t want the full breakfast. A Lavazza machine in the lobby would be great! Directions to parking on the website would also be helpful.

Getting there is easy enough once you’re there, but the directions about the ZTL for the town square could’ve been clearer.
