The traffic noise on a main road made it in difficult to enjoy the scenery when sit on the balcony, also the additional charge to get Netflix & sky on the TV of €15 per day is very expensive, but it is by choice although I must say that it should be included in the price of the apartment, which is quite high already

The space and comfort, this is a very large apartment with two big bedrooms, lovely furniture and everything you would need for a holiday. Very near to the town & a beautiful view of the sea from the balcony.

The building faces the main road and is on the apex of a small hill. Because of that it can be a little bit too noisy for some people as there are a lot of mopeds accelerating up the hill even at night.

The apartment is huge and can easily accommodate six people. There are two bedrooms and a living room with an extendable sofa bed. All rooms have big screen smart TVs and AC units. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking small meals. There's a washing machine and also a dishwasher. One of the bathrooms has a tub the other one just a shower cabin. The balcony is surrounding the facade of the apartment and it has three small tables where one can enjoy a glass of wine in the evening or even have breakfast. The apartment was very clean and the lady which gave us the keys was very nice and friendly. We would love to come back.

The apartment was very clean, nicely equipped with everything from air conditioner to all you need for kitchen utensils and very nicely situated close to both Rapallo center and beaches. We, a family of 5, really enjoyed our stay here!

Pillows were too big and firm. It would be good to have an option. Microwave didn’t seem to be connected or on. There were no dishwasher tablets. The hairdryer plug provided didn’t work in the socket so it would have been good to have had a connector provided. These are just mostly minor issues overall.

Beautiful spacious apartment. Close to foreshore and cafes and shops. Very clean with modern fit out. Double glazed doors to block out noise.

The balcony is a great facility. However, the one downside of this property is that it, and the balcony, is right next to a very busy road which took away some of the enjoyment of using it. I certainly wouldn’t let this put you off but it’s useful to be aware before you arrive. The parking is in the open air car park at the station. Easy walk and safe location. However I believe that the space may be owned/rented by a third party. We had a pass to access the car park. It took ten minutes to access the first time and a few attempts to leave as the card wasn’t in the best condition. A minor gripe as we hardly needed to use the car during our stay.

The apartment is fantastic. Huge bedrooms. Smart kitchen and bathrooms. Nice furniture and decor. Good bedding and towels provided. Very close to centre of Rapallo.

The flat is in an excellent location with a view of the sea. It is super spacious with two generous sized bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need. I cannot praise Marco enough! He was an amazing host and went out of his way to make our stay comfortable and was responsive to our needs. Honestly our stay was just perfect! We can’t wait to return

Partially refurbished, quite noisy (even with closed windows) due to a busy road and a railway distant approx 50 meters. Some cheap arrangements like extremely old and worn out bedside rugs and unprotected electrical cables in the bathroom. Cleaning was also not sufficient, especially in the small bathroom.

Communication with the host was less than satisfactory. I suspect it was a language issue but I was not very happy with the communication with host. I had to get an Italian speaking friend to actually call the host to get information about how to obtain entry.

Apartment located at pretty busy street, during the night cars and motorbikes never stop, so it is not possible to sleep with opened windows. Pillows are super stiff and not comfortable, bedding an towels are cheap and bed quality. Paid parking is 15 EUR per night and quite remote from the apartment. Manager of the apartment was very nice and cooperative in the beginning but two hours after our departure we discovered that we forgot a personal belongings in the apartment and asked manager to ship to us for our costs. he said that he could not find it even though we are sure to forgot it in the apartment.
