Luigi was the greatest host we could ask for. His english is amazing, even if he will tell you its not. He was extremely helpful and accomodating, making a late service at his own restaurant across the street as we came in late. The food there was some of the best we've had in Italy and we strongly recommend it. He made our last stay in Tuscany memorable and he is a hard working man that deserves everything good to come. Thank you again Luigi youre the best

Beautiful decor, comfortable bed and cleanliness is one of the many advantages of this place. We felt special there , the owner is a very nice person , he took care of every detail of our stay. We regret that it lasted only one night and we will definitely come back.

Not really a “don’t like” thing, but there were no restaurants in the neighbourhood open for dinner so we had to drive. Luigi recommended a few places down by the beach and it worked out terrific. We even had a stroll on the boardwalk after dinner.

Beautifully renovated old Tuscan building with wonderful details and touches throughout. Located in a small piazza in a little village about 20 minutes outside Massa.

I liked everything about the property. I could see that it was really made With Love! The room I stayed in was called Carbonara, every detail of it made me feel at ease and loved 🥰 Big shower, comfortable bed, lovely design. Simply perfect!

Nothing, would love here if I could!

The property is gorgeous, it’s high quality but with a rustic finish, we fell in love the second we saw it. It’s also opposite a small piazza with a couple of restaurants, perfect getaway spot! The host is also incredibly lovely and made our stay extra special.

We didn’t get to stay long enough! That’s the only thing wrong with our visit.

They have taken so much love when creating this fantastic boutique hotel. It has so much character and authenticity throughout. That then translates into a second to none guest experience through amazing service, from pre arrival to after you have left. This was meant to be a stop over hotel, this will for us in the future be a destination. The setting is simply WOW, situated on a small village square, opposite a restaurant that you have to try, ‘Il Panigaccio Montignoso’, which people travel from all around to try. All in all, this has been one of the highlight stays. Book it!

Lovely, tastefully decorated guest house, spotlessly clean, in a delightful area 5 kms from Massa. Luigi, the owner was very friendly and helpful. He also owns the restaurant opposite and we had the most delicious local foods there served by the nicest staff. We would have no hesitation in recommending this place and would love to return there when we next visit Italy. Thank you Luigi and staff!

I like the most the owner and his attitude for his guests. He is very friendly . He give us talon for breakfast every morning like compliment. I was need for iron , he bring us .Everything was perfect. The room was very clean. Very Comfortable. We were by car so the distance to forte di marmi was no problem. 10 min driving. we enjoyed staying here. we had some issues with our flight to Pisa and the owner was very helpful even after midnight. He was very kind and friendly and he managed to get us in a full restaurant. we will come back for sure!

The place and host were fantastic, we couldn't have asked for more. The owner also has a restaurant opposite where we enjoyed a delicious meal with the locals. The location is convenient (just a few minutes from Massa) and the room had all the mod cons while maintaining a rustic charm. It was a flying visit (we only stayed one night) but it totally exceeded our exceptions. We will definitely be back!

I took a couple of days off to explore the area and found this gem. The property, hosted by the fabulous Luigi, was ideal for my stay, cosy, welcoming and well appointed. I also got to experience Panigaccio for the first time, cooked by Luigi and his excellent staff,in his restaurant in the village square. I will be back with friends, hopefully soon.

Excellent, super fabolous! Stylish, cosy, brilliant. This is what you are looking for, when you are in Toscana! The area is tipical, small bars (2) just arround the corner, coffee, small bites, excellent vines, great toscan food! The house and the appartman is just mind blowing. The decor, the ideas (like the water tank in the toilet…) comfortable bed, comfy beddings. And the super host Luigi! He is a kind of “self borned host”. Thank you for the short, but even great stay, I wish we would have more time!

Luigi, the owner and manager, was really friendly and helpful. The bb is a completely referbished structure which perfectly ly mixes the old beauty with the new comforts and technologies . I particularly appreciated the quality of the bed. .
