Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

BulgariaIt would be great if the shuttle service can cover a wider area (or at least more locations in Santa cristina). This is just a suggestion, overall everything was perfect.
Hotel touring provided great benefits in the package like private transfer to the resort ski lifts, gourmet dinners, skiing suggestions and personal interactions. The parking facilities were also great and we had a choice of two parking spots(both providing video surveillance). The food was absolutely perfect.

United StatesNothing really, everything was great, the only recommendation is if you are a light sleeper, request a room not facing the street, as if you open the window, you will get an occasional noise coming from passing trucks/people, but it’s normal in Europe and it didn’t bother me that much, I just closed the window.
Wonderful hotel! Great location, friendly and competent staff, amazing amenities such two spas, outdoor heated pool with a view, multiple saunas. I did the half board, so breakfast only, and it was amazing!! Very rich selection of local delicacies, and it had something for everyone! My favorite was the bread, I love european bread, so it was a treat. Rooms were spacious, clean and well designed, comfortable bed. The interior design feels opulent, but modern and fit for the mountains. They have a Mercedes van shuttle that takes guest to/from the lifts. I have been to the Dolomites several times, and this is one of my favorite places.

ItalyI have two young children and the location was perfect for walking the town, and the hotel offered free public transportation tickets, this made it very convenient to travel to other towns and see the wonderful Christmas decorations! The hotel has private transportation to any ski lift we wanted to go to also! Omar is the driver and he is very amazing, he took care of my family with kindness and confidence! The rooftop pool is out of this world, it’s quite breathtaking! The hotel has a private room to store all snow gear, also a store to rent snow gear, skis and snowboards just a couple feet away! The staff is so kind and welcoming, we were very pleased all around! We will definitely choose to stay at Hotel Touring each visit we take to the dolomites!

United KingdomThe only very very small things were the pillows/bed weren’t the most comfortable ( personal preference ) and you could hear the rooms above if showering/bathing very early in the morning 0600. Also no bottled water in the room but you can buy some.
Rooms were spacious, modern and very clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The spa and well-being area is amazing along with the rooftop pool. The hotel itself is beautiful. Food is AMAZING!!!!! Definitely would go back.

United StatesThe rooms did not have AC but when we inquired about it , they happily provided a fan. I understand that this has been an exceptionally hot summer and may not typically need AC or a fan.
Beautiful hotel decor. Great location. The staff was very friendly and helpful with maps and recommendations. The food was great. The rooftop infinity pool, sauna, and two relaxation rooms were fantastic! I loved the meditation room that had a view of one of the Dolomite mtns. It had a lovely aroma and a fireplace. I noticed that the daily info sheet on your breakfast table was tailored to each persons language. I loved this small but thoughtful element. This is the most relaxing hotel I've ever stayed in.

United States- The bunker bed room is a bit small and does not have air conditioning. When the door is closed, the room is hot and humid. Maybe a good thing in the winter.
- Great location. Close to lifts. Restaurant next door as recommended by hotel front desk is fantastic. - Rooms are very clean and look same as photos. - Breakfast buffet is wonderful and very tasty. - Parking on site. - Staff are very nice.

IsraelThe hotel is really nice, we like the roof pool and the relaxation room. Everything is sparkling clean and the service is above expected. The shuttle to the saslong gondola is very convenient. But, when we wanted to ski to the Alp-the susi area we needed to take the ski bus which included a lot of walking with the ski boots. I didnt like the concept of many small dishes at the evening. The food is too sophisticated to my taste.

AustraliaThe checkout time (10:00) is rather early, but fortunately we were able to negotiate a later checkout time at no extra cost. Also there is no gym, although that is not a major drawback.
Excellent breakfast; friendly staff; room has stylish interior; infinity pool on the top floor has fantastic views down Val Gardena and up to the Sassolungo mountain range; would definitely return.

CanadaOur trip to Italy/France was 15 days and we spent two days at this hotel. This was by far the best hotel of our entire trip. Huge, clean rooms with en-suite bathroom. Lovely rooftop swimming pool with bar service. Amazing breakfast selection. Only downside for us was that we visited during the off-season (end of May) so many shops, restaurants nearby were closed. Cost of this hotel is definitely worth it when you factor in the pool, wellness Centre, and amazing breakfast. Would definitely recommend!
