Perfect staying in Catania. The location is great, near the center, bus station and market just 5 min away, The host was soooo friendly, and the apartment was well equipped. I loved it!

There was little street noise but we were so tired, it didn’t matter. And also it is not the fault of the apartment

Perfect hospitality by Nicoletta and Franco. Communication from the very start was perfect, Franco met us and ge and Nicoletta were very helpful. The apartment was very clean. Every detail was planned by the host even the toothpaste! It was a very nice stay and experience in Catania with their help

Can be hard to enter the building with a stroller due to cars parked text to the door. There's no lift in the building, but apartment is on the 1 floor (enter to the ground floor). There's no dishwasher.

Very well-kept and cozy apartment with amazing hosts, right in the center of Catania. Feels like home! Franco was kind enough to help us with instructions on how to get to Catania from Pozzallo, advised parking spot, and met us in person there to take us to the apartment. Nicoletta met us there to greet us and show around. They also provided us some water, juice and snacks. Best hosts I ever met. The apartment was very clean and comfortable - we found everything we needed. Windows have blinds and provide decent protection from the street noise.

Firstly, Franco and Nicoletta are wonderful hosts on arrival they picked me up from the airport, and when left, they took me to the station. The location is ideally situated close to main attractions. The apartment on the first floor is very large, very clean, located close to the center (tourist attractions: Ursino Castle, Sant Agata Cathedral, fish market, etc.) and the bus station. The owners, Nicoletta and Franco, are extraordinary, you can see the care and love in the way they arranged the apartment, so you feel at home, very attentive to the smallest details. It's very nice to meet people directly, not just impersonally via WhatsApp, as often happens with other properties. Pleasant surprise to find water in the fridge, fruit on the table, coffee, tea, biscuits. Comfortable beds, 2 toilet rooms and a separate shower cabin. A few steps away on the same street, we found a pizzeria, bakery-salami with very good products, but there are many other good stores in the area. I warmly recommend this apartment.

Nothing to dislike.

Franco and Nicolette were wonderful hosts, very attentive and always available via whatsapp. The apartment itself was spacious, extremely comfortable, and had excellent wi-fi. It was also within easy walking direction of all the major sights, and the train and bus station was about a 20-25 walk which was helpful for day trips.

I felt at home in this completely newly remodeled apartment. The hosts, Nicoletta and Franco are so kind and caring. They picked me up at the station and dropped me off at the end of my stay. They were always available by WhatsApp. The apartment has everything you might need, just like at home! There was coffee and jam and biscotti for breakfast and they even had put oranges and lemons in a nice welcome dish. The bed and pillows are super comfy. The apartment is above a bakery so you wake up with the smell of fresh bread. The location could not be more perfect. Centrally located in the historic neighborhood, 5 minutes walk to the fish market. Everything was perfect.

Very welcoming hosts who made sure I was taken care of while visiting Catania. Kept open lines of communication via WhatsApp the whole stay, drove me to and from the airport, and made me feel very comfortable. Close to main attractions as well as the bus stop for day trips to Palermo, Etna and many more. Would stay here again.

Excellent location practically a very short walking distance from all the best that Catania has to offer. (the Domo, the citadel, the fish market, dozens of restaurants and cafes. The shopping street Absolutely everything. and if you want something beyond Katanya. So the bus terminal is also within walking distance. The apartment itself is very spacious, very quiet. very clean, And equipped with everything you can think of, but literally everything possible. Franco and Violet were very nice and even on their own initiative, they occasionally contacted me to check that everything was okay and if I needed help. Full value for the price. I will recommend all my friends and acquaintances to come and stay

The owners is very nice people, very helpful. The apartment is great, big and comfortable. Its great place to stay for caples and families. The apartment have all that you need. The location is just perfect. Fue minets from piazza Duomo, Ursino, near fish market, great restaurants and bars. You have it all. Thé owners are amazing hosts!!! They had already stocked the apartment with some basic groceries and bottled water — a nice perk for tired travelers! They picked me up from my previous lodgings, and gave me a ride to the airport on my last day. They checked train schedules and advised me on tourist sites — using Google Translate very capably! Wonderful hosts.

Exceptional stay in Catania. Nicoletta and Francesco are great hosts, attentive, helpful and considerate. The apartment is super spacious, clean, comfortable and cosy. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a kettle for tea lovers :) There is air conditioning in the flat. You feel at home here, not to mention great pizzeria nearby ! The apartment is located at the very heart of Catania so if you stay here, you will live like a local. Highly recommended.

Location the very hart of city centrer, close to fish market and Duomo square.Host are amazing, very kind and always ready to assist you, they met us at the airport and also covered our ways from /to airport. Location - perfect, just few steps from Castello Ursino, as well as the piazza of Duomo, via Etna (one of the main streets) and (fish) market. Apartment is spacious and bright, extremely clean, comfortable and has all amenities one may be in need of, such as A/C, hair dryer, towels, kitchen utilities for self-cooking, etc. Comfortable beds. Also, found it extremely tastefully decorated. Above all, the hosts were super nice and welcoming! Felt almost like a family stay (in a good way). One of my best accommodation experiences ever, certainly staying again when back in Catania.

whilst only a short walk from town the area itself may not be safe for a female travelling alone due to the constant attention my friend and I got from men.

Nicoletta and Franco are lovely! They picked us up and dropped us to the airport at either end of our stay. The apartment is lovely and spacious with 2 toilets and a separate shower room. They provided plenty of bottled water and snacks as well as having a variety of coffee and teas in the apartment.
