Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Breakfast was great. The staff at the breakfast room were fantastic The bed was comfortable. The room was spacious. The hotel was right above the Prada shop and a minute away from Vittorio Emmanuel II & Duomo.

United StatesThe rooms are very basic. Not luxurious at all. Also the hotel was under renovation which was very inconvenient.
Location is very central which is good. However, 2 out of the 4 days I was there the streets around it were closed for celebrations (soccer team winning and Labor Day) which made it very busy, extremely loud, and difficult to get transportation. Also, the hotel was under renovation which was inconvenient. Finally, the rooms are not luxurious. They are actually pretty basic and missing basic stuff like a full length mirror. This is not a 5-star hotel. It’s more 3.5-4 star hotel.

ItalyThe room can be quite noisy due to the central location and the galleria, but we weren’t bothered by this because we only stayed one night and most places in Milan we have stayed are noisy.
All the personnel we encountered during our stay were very pleasant and courteous. We liked the design of the hotel. A nice bed and bowls for our dog were provided.
