Beautiful hotel with gorgeous grounds. The staff was very professional and so helpful. Delicious buffet breakfast every morning with a huge variety of items to choose from. The location was perfect and allowed us to take day trips-Pompeii, Mt. Vesuvius, Capri and the Amalfi Coast. Shopping in the city was amazing as well. I would highly recommend this hotel !

We loved everything about this property we were welcomed from the minute we walked in and the concierge staff is bar Nunn the gentleman who take you to the Lyft, are always there, and we couldn’t have been happier with the accommodations. My only suggestion is that the lift stays open until 730 when the beach closes.

When they say garden room you can barely see the garden kinda being misleading

Breakfast staff was impatient and felt rushed. Spread was average for instance usually there is omelette at upscale hotels, quality of cakes croissant or even the yoghurt. Hotel guest should not be forced to pay exorbitant rates for sun beds.

Coffee-my Lavazza coffee at home is better. Not a lot of fruit on breakfast buffet.

Location was perfect and in my opinion so close to everything you needed. The pool area was big enough to relax and enjoy The hotel itself was clean and staff were all so friendly. They offered a valet parking service which is fantastic for people driving with their own car like me. Would recommend and would visit again, hopefully next year!

The hotel felt like a royal palace! Gorgeous views, lovely pool, amazing landscaping! We loved having a late night drink at the bar overlooking the water. The location was wonderful, and just a short walk to all the shops and restaurants.

The room we selected per the website was to be a Superiore room. Motel 6 has better rooms. When we tried to pursue other options we were told by staff that those were the rooms allocated to on-line booking services and that there was nothing we could do. They blocked attempts to see the manager. Once we finally got to the manager he arranged to move us to a room that had sufficient space, although drawer space was still totally inadequate.

The manager worked with us to resolve our upset with the room allocated to us. Half of our stay was in a room so small you needed to leave it to change your mind. The new room was very good, other than the bathroom.

This is a well-established hotel, situated high up and directly overlooking the Bay of Naples. The interior of the property is traditional with a number of comfortable lounges and balconies for guests to use. The gardens and pool areas were particularly spacious and well kept. Our room had a spectacular view out over the Bay of Naples and was well maintained and very comfortable. There were plenty of staff on hand and they were all friendly and attentive.

Location is excellent, can walk to everything. View from our room was overlooking the gulf, breathtaking! Room was very comfortable. Wifi a little spotty and could not use on the terrasse.

This luxurious hotel was on a cliff above the ocean with outstanding views. I had a balcony room and loved sitting out there, enjoying the water front. Beautiful furnishings, comfy bed, excellent service.

This hotel has a great convenient location with stellar views of the Sorrento Bay and Mount Vesuvius. It's walking distance to many great restaurants and shops. The lift to the beach clubs and marina where the ferries and private tour boats can be reached is located directly behind the hotel. The staff is so kind and the concierge is so helpful.

Fantastic hotel, great location, and very friendly and attentive staff! Central location to explore Sorrento and round the corner from the lifts that take you down to the harbour path and beach!

The pool and pool bar closed a bit early for our liking, we would have enjoyed staying and swimming longer than 6:00 a few times.

Loved the location and the ability to use the lift to the beach level. Breakfast was excellent and super convenient. The staff were always very friendly and helpful if we had questions.
