The atmosphere, the welcome, the breakfast. Francesca and Raffaela are amazing hosts and the apartment is in the perfect location to enjoy the delights of Trastevere with easy access to all the sights of Rome.

Hotel was very clean. The decoration and breakfast were amazing. When we woke up, our breakfast was ready and she cooked/prepared our warm things such as scrambled eggs immediately. The owner was very friendly. We got sweets in an Easter basket as gift. Location was very good as well. By walking 5-10 min, one can reach to cafes/bars/restaurants.

In the bedrooms to the street site it could be a bit noisy prior mid-night.

Very nice B&B in Trastevere and very close to the Rom center. All highlights are in walking distamce. Francesca is a great host and offers delicious self-made cookies in addition to the breakfast.

We had a wonderful weekend in Rome! It's a family hotel with very friendly and helpful hostesses - Francesca and her mother. The hotel offers stylish and comfortable rooms equipped with everything you need: a fridge, a kettle, a TV. The bed is very comfortable, and the area is quiet. I especially want to mention the delicious homemade breakfast with eggs, yogurt, ham, pastries and coffee, which is quite diverse for Italy. I highly recommend staying at this hotel👍

The location of the property was excellent and is situated in an ideal location especially for restaurants, and is a good central location to walk to the city centre across the river, and the Vatican City. We did not feel unsafe in the area, even at night or very early in the morning. The room was perfectly sized and was everything we needed for our stay. It was clean upon arrival, and was cleaned every day of our stay. Unfortunately, due to our itinerary, we could not stay for breakfast, which is served from 8am, but Francesca was more than accommodating and prepared a go-bag for me and my partner!! Francesca also allowed us to check-out slightly later, which was much appreciated. Overall, I would definitely recommend this accommodation, and will likely stay here again if we return to Rome in the near future.

the location in trastevere is perfect as your just away from the busy part about 2-3 minutes stroll,it’s quite location and 5-10 minutes stroll for most of the buses ,the apartment itself is modern very clean well maintained the breakfast is nice no hot food but your well looked after by the owner and is very helpful and friendly

The guesthouse was located in a quiet street in Trastevere so away from the liveliness of the neighborhood. Francesca, our host, was very pleasant and recommended restaurants in the area and answered all our questions. She also baked delicious pastries for our breakfast. Very friendly host and lovely rooms. The breakfast is a real pleasure and made with love. The location is good, near a nice neighbourhood (specially at night). We did a lot of walking, which is fine. From there you are in 20-30 min at the centre.
