No negatives really, although the road in is narrow. We arrived at 3.30 having estimated arriving at 6. So the owner wasn’t there, we called him and he arrived in 5 minutes. You get an electronic card to access everything and after that it’s easy.

We had a room that was beautifully neat and clean and modern. The bed was very comfortable and had two pillows each. The bathroom was superb and the shower excellent. We were able to park our car for €5, in the compound attached, a real boon. There was a fridge and kettle. There was space to move, hooks to hang things up, a big wardrobe. It’s well located for town, an easy walk down to the seafront. The bergamot museum is close by and well worth a visit.

We didn't stay longer. We only had the one time to soak with owner's daughter during breakfast and we would have enjoyed doing it again. Pm

The room was new, very clean, in a suite of rooms and ours had a private terrace. The bathroom was new, attractive and very clean. The owner met us at the facility and we had a wonderful conversation. The private parking was great with plenty of room and behind a gated fence.

The host Vincenzo and his daughter manage this property with great efficiency. I had the room Castello, next to the breakfast room. The room is brand new and the bed is very comfortable (two pillows!) The B&B is located in a quiet block of flats, just a few steps from the city centre. Breakfast with fresh & tasty Italian croissants. I was happy to be able to watch Netflix.

I regret not booking to stay longer but will return to put that right!

From the minute Vincenzo released our car that I'd managed to get stuck in a neighbouring car park I knew we were in very capable hands. After solving our parking issue he went on to show us his impeccable accommodation and went on to help us plan out the remainder of our evening. Explaining, with genuine enthusiasm and pride, all the local places of interest and good foodie venues. His enthusiasm for Reggio Calabria is well founded and my enthusiasm for staying at Tre Fontaine to investigate it more thoroughly will be borne out when I re-book in the future. I'd recommend using Vincenzo's excellent accommodation and charming hosting skills to anyone wishing to visit this area. Until our next visit....thank-you Vincenzo.

The room was big, quiet, clean and comfortable. Every part of the bedroom and bathroom is very new and beautiful. They are also environmentally friendly and sustainable. The owner and his daughter are very kind and helpful. They took care of us for everything when we arrived there till we left. The host also gave us very good suggestions for local restaurants and the main attractions in Reg. We also think this B&B is the best one in terms of value for money.

Vincenzo is a very cheerful and helpful host. The location is quite good, close to the Archeological museum (i.e.: Bronzi di Riace) and the town center. The room was very well furnished with premium amenities (i.e.: Netflix). Breakfast was good with fresh croissants.

Great customer service, the owner of the hotel came after hour to open the gate for as and also check as in. Special breakfast was prepared by owner. I highly recommend this place. The room was so big and clean. Good entertainment system with Netflix account activated. 👌

Everything! The hosts amazing! So helpful, warm people, kind with good taste.... Thank you! They provided great tips for dinner and proposals for main sights to see in our stroll in Reggio. The room is very beautiful, spacious and clean! It is apparent that they have paid attention to the details. Also it is near the historic center and the lungamare and in good walking distance from the main sites. Free private parking and safe! The breakfast was the classic Italian. We didn't ask for salty/savory option, so we don't know if it's offered. We shall come back!

in a quiet part of town, but central (only a minute from the Bergamot Museum). if you need it, secure parking. very clean and comfortable rooms with kettle and water. lovely shower too. there’s also an excellent restaurant only 3-minutes walk away.

The location was excellent, calme area even though really in the city center. I liked the room a lot, it was decorated with style with a luxurious shower. It was very tidy. Own terrace was great and the bed was excellent. Own secured parking: Our host was a very nice person, he helped us to find the sites and the best restaurants.

The floor in both bedroom and bathroom was a bit dirty.

The room was spacious equipped with a very comfortable bed! The staff were very nice. I liked their hospitality and kindness. Inside the premises there is a secured parking where you can leave your vehicle.

Very intense masking fragrance: difficult to sleep with it, despite significant airing out of the room. Difficult to walk up steep hill from station with luggage, unless you are young.

This b&b is exceptional, spacious modern rooms with all the requirements you need for a lovely stay, private parking , very close to the centre of reggio Calabria and a sweet and savoury delicious breakfast. But best of all is the disponibility, help and advice you get from the owner. He suggested places to visit and a very good restaurant too. Thank you Vincenzo ...we will return.
