Not the fault of the hotel but there were new roadworks outside the door of hotel which went quiet by evening so no problem really.

The staff were very friendly and helpful indeed. The room was kept immaculately clean by cleaners and there was always coffee/tea/hot choc/nestea available and pastries left from breakfast. We didn’t partake of breakfast but it looked delicious and plentiful. The location was brilliant being near/short walk to Trevi fountain and Spanish steps/metro. We were able to leave luggage until departure. Air conditioned room was welcomed and necessary as it was 36 centigrade outside. Tea and coffee making facilities with a kettle Great shower

Claudia was INCREDIBLE.. the most helpful customer service professional I have met. She personally carried our very heavy luggage up and down stairs, set up changes to tours with gracious attitude and would not accept any tips. Would not accept.tip, kind, effective, gracious. Number 1

The room No. 10 is a little bit noisy in the morning because the guests have their breakfast around 5 meters from the room door.

The location is amazing, it’s is around 5-6 minutes away from the Trevi fountain and 3 minutes away from the Spanish Steps by foot. if you want to book here you don’t have to use public transport to look around in the center of the city.

The price is high, but thats everywhere in Rome. The time booking system for breakfast does not work. There is plenty of space but a bit narrow seats. Not crowded so time slot was not needed. You have to know where it is because its hardly visible from the street.

Great breakfast, lots of choice with warm food. Very nice staff. Responded immediately to questions. Fantastic location near Spanish stairs and metro. In center of the city, everything in walking distance. Vatican by metro. No noises in our room.

very narrow bathroom, strong cleaning agent smell, room was dark with one shaded window towards and intenal patio where other guests sat, ate, and smoked cigarettes.

The room was tiny. As the breakfast area was small and there was not enough space for many guests, we had to book our breakfast slot in advance every day.

The hotel is very well located, close to the Plaza di Spagna. The room was very clean.

We did have a problem with the safe which was looked at promptly.

The location was excellent, near to shops, bars and restaurants. We were also near to key tourist attractions like the Spanish Steps and Trevi fountain. The staff were absolutely amazing helpful and friendly. The hotel also asked for feedback during our stay and acted promptly to rectify the issue.

The only con would be that the walls/door are very thin, I could hear everything outside/the TV next door so if you're a light sleeper, I would suggest bringing ear plugs to block out the noise. It made sleeping difficult sometimes.

My stay at this hotel was beyond expectations! The staff were so kind and helpful with everything and the rooms were extra clean and well-kept. I loved my stay at the hotel, especially given the wonderful location, super close to the subway (3 min walk) and the train station (around 10 min by car) and a walking distance to all the main attractions. I will definitely come back.

First of all, I would like to thank dear Guilia for her boundless helpfulness and always being kind. All the staff were great. The breakfast and location of the hotel was also incredible. Everywhere was within walking distance. We traveled with ease. The hotel and our room were also immaculate. Thanks again to everyone, especially Guilia. I will recommend. And we will come again.

The staffs should at least learn to speak some English.

The friendly staffs, the breakfast preparation and the location of the facility. It was close to many attractions and shopping outlets.
