Liked everything.

This is a comfortable , charming and exceptional B&B . Everything was great from the friendly and helpful welcome , to the excellent breakfast, parking and information and bus tickets to help us travel to the centre of Trieste and negotiate the city. Follow the directions sent to find the BnB when arriving by car, as it can be a little challenging otherwise. The Wifi is really good too and so is the air conditioning! Nothing to add, really, full recommendation from us 11/10!

Both accommodation and the breakfast served were simply fantastic. Instead of using a room, we ended up using a part of the house, nicely secluded from the rest and forming a small apartment with a private bathroom. The room was equipped according to the highest standards, bathroom as well, extra clean and the beds were as hard and comfy as we like them. Old cypresses in front of the house, surrounding our balcony, added to the charm of the place and made a sleepover here an extra pleasurable event :) Hosts were great, forthcoming and really helpful when it comes to how to easily reach the place (not to get stuck in the narrow streets on the way) and supportive e.g., with the bus tickets for getting around and with some really useful sightseeing tips.

There is nothing of this property that we didn't love. From the zen-vibe of the whole house to the friendliness of the host and the extremely comfy beds, the position (15 minutes walk from the main square) and the tasty breakfast. The place is so quiet that we could enjoy the squirrels stocking on nuts on the trees in front of the terrace, a few meters away from us.

The route to the city centre is via steep steps, which for us was no problem, but for others maybe something to consider. But there is also a bus which stops right outside and you can always buy a ticket at the B&B, a thoughtful touch.

Wonderful B&B with lovely owners. A villa which really feels like you are staying in someone's home, amazing breakfast with delicious coffee, parking right outside. The rooms were very clean and well looked-after. A lovely balance of professionalism and homeliness.

We definetely recommend the accomodation. Proprietors are very nice. The rooms were well furnished with quality beds, clean and maintened daily. Breakfast was rich. Propietors were helpful with recommendations on where to go in the city, bus tickets were also available. In the beginning, they recommended the way to the accomodation to avoid the narrow street. Parking was accessible and large enough. We are glad that we could spent time here and we definitely recommend the accomodation :) Jan&Valeria

Surprised but not alarmed to have had our belongings tidied while we were sight-seeing.

Beautiful house. Excellent host communicated useful information before arrival and during stay, ensuring we got the best from our stay in Trieste. Breakfast was well varied and plentiful. Views over Trieste were spectacular. Walking distance from property into city centre meant not having to don motorcycle gear or find parking in the city. Very easy regarding directions i.e. straight line in and out of city on foot. Walk back to the property is uphill but host offered guest bus passes should the walk uphill be too tricky. Host offered umbrella loan re weather forecast. Host had good humour.

It is nice 20min walk when you go to the city, but the place is on the hill, so when you return from the city it is not so nice to walk so you better take the bus (station is near the house).

We liked the room and whole place - it is clean, nice, stylish with pleasent hosts, parking place and good breakfast. Very nice area, good for sleeping.

The accomodation is up in the hills where it is calm and it has a refreshing wind blowing. We enjoyed staying at the balcony. The rooms are equipped with a lot of details (including a small fridge or hair conditioner - important to mention as a woman;) ). The owner was very caring. We already entered at 12 a.m. and he had prepared everything, so we could already check in and have a shower, which was perfect for us. Also he was getting up at 5 a.m. to call us a taxi to get to the airport. Absolutely recommened!

It is ideal for visiting the city. Located in a quiet residential area, the villa is right next to a bus station that can be easily reached in the city. I used the public transport to return from the city and when I went for a walk I went down, each time, on foot, about 15 minutes, to the city center. The villa is decorated with a lot of style, making us feel at home. The owner was very friendly and provided us with useful information for our stay in Trieste. Fabulous breakfast. We would gladly return to the same location on a later visit to Trieste. Thank you for the warmth, kindness and comfort we had.

A very nice and well equipped B&B, the hosts were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was excellent. I would recommend it to everyone visiting Trieste by car, because the place offers free parking on site.
