Claudia and Angelo are amazing hosts. They even came to pick us up at the airport at midnight for half the price of a local taxi.. That alone is enough to know how good they are. The house is complete with everything you need. Beautiful garden and beautiful house. It is very comfortable and really something you will enjoy. A few steps and you are already on the sea side. There is a swimming pool but we came out of season. Even the front sea is amazing for swimming in November. We are definitely coming back to this place. Michael, Marta, Aleks and Maria.😘💯👌

We only stayed a few days but it wasn't big enough for four adults, a family of two adults and two children would be better suited just for privacy on whoever is on the sofa bed (however it was very comfortable).

Lovely rustic family home with two granny self contained flats in a quiet suburb, 10 minutes walk to the local bus stop which takes about 35 mins to get into the city centre but only a few hundred metres from an amazing beach. The flat was dated but clean, serviceable and fantastic for the price. Angelo the owner could not have been more accommodating over our late arrival time. We would certainly consider staying here again.

the location was amazing. 2mins walk to the beach, separate entrance to the apartment, our own terrace. Amazing house and at the owner was incredibly nice and helpful.

The rooster that wake you up at 5 am every day.

The apartment was very spacious. We enjoyed the pool, above the ground , climbing steps upwards. The hosts left necessary things for us which was very thoughtful. The host took us to the Spar and ATM on the first day by car. Bus stop not too far away , convenient or walk further.

Angelo and his family are very nice and the house is fabulous. Lovely terrace to stay and enjoys your evenings outside. Kitchen provided with everything you need. The room is huge and comfortable. Shower had good pressure. Nice to stay with kids.

Nothing at all! It's about a 20 min bus ride from the city which sounds far but was so nice because of how nice and quiet our place was and could just jump on a bus anytime we wanted to ride in.

The host could not have been nicer!! We arrived early and he was able to check us in earlier no problem. He kindly showed us around town with where to get bus tickets and good places in town to eat. One night there was a bus strike we did not know about as well as no taxis available in town and we were a 2 hour walk away. The host was able to pick us up at night which was so generous of him and we were so appreciative. Once we got the hang of everything it was so easy to get around by bus thanks to his direction. The property was beautiful and right by the water. Could not have had a better stay!

The check-in process was embarrassing! We were greeted by the owner's children (probably minors) who did their best but obviously it wasn't a professional welcome, We received only the information in how to use the key. When We were asked for the passports’ copy for registration, I offered to send the copies via message to speed up and facilitate the process, I was been told that “they never seen a procedures like that” in a really arrogant tone, I was shocked!! For the entire duration of the stay (3 nights) no one spoke with us, at least to make sure about the progress of our stay, not even when we met the owner. The apartment is quite large but poorly furnished, apparently full of old facilities that are no longer used and left there for guests. Small and malfunctioning shower, bathroom’s sink partially clogged , basic and dated kitchen with a selection of spices and instant coffee but to be honest we didn't trust it because it looked old, so we didn't use it. External BBQ unusable (pic attached) Poor cleaning of the entire apartment. Wi-Fi partially working, the pictures on the advert showing the speed test is misleading Dulcis in fundo, On the last evening I was verbally attacked by Angelo the owner, in the presence of my child, because we left the air conditioning ON when we left the apartment, to visit the city centre. MY FAULT! Apparently was a flat’s rule written on some worn paper placed on the table with other excursion informations, I did not pay attention to all. However , If I had received a proper check-in maybe this incident would not have happened. On the other hand, the owner could notify us by message and report the lack of attention, without the need of the verbally attack. I believe that speaking and clarifying rather than accusing is the base of education and the common sense. In my opinion, hospitality and professionalism should be put on the first place.

The only negative was the spiral staircase. Very steep and narrow. Dangerous for kids and elderly people. Very hard to carry lagguage upstairs.. Also the beach in walking distance from the apartment is very poor. Water far from what we experienced at other Sardinian beaches. No bar, restaurant nor toilets at the beach available. Fortunately there is a plenty of beautiful beaches in neigborhood, but you need to drive to get there.

The owner and his family were very friendly and helpfull. Apartment very spacious, clean and well equipped. Nice terrace, pool. The owner raises poultry, which was very interesting for our kids. Free parking at the property.
