No elevator and four flights of stairs was a little tiring. If you have trouble with stairs this is not an accessible accomidation.

The television in my room didn't work and staff were unable to rectify, although they tried. Not disastrous (so many things to do instead) but would have been perfect otherwise.

Wi-fi was rather slow in our room. The shower drain wasn’t keeping up with the incoming water. Very little legroom when sitting on the stall.

Location was great. Walking distance from 2 metro stations, very close to Piazza de Spagna and Trevi Fountain The staff was friendly and welcoming, speaking good English.

We were a bit suprised that the apartment and the double room was almost 1 km. walking distance from each other.

The rooms were bigger than expected and recently renovated. The pricepoint was very fair considering we travelled in easter.

The room was clean, especially the bathrooms, but my only criticism would be that it was dusty, especially the headboard and the floor

The rooftop is a massive plus, it was so nice to spend the morning or evening up there; so much space. The staff - housekeeping and reception are so friendly and helpful, made me feel at ease on my solo travels.

Two things that we didn't like was the internet connection (it was very slow) and because of the location it was a little bit noisy.

We liked a lot the atmosphere of the room , the location is excellent!It is closed to Spanish steps, Fontana di Trevi, Piatsa di Popolo and Villa Borghese..The staff were very nice and kind and the price of the room connected to the facilities,that room offers.All in all we suggested

The heating doesn’t work, so we need to turn on the AC. The WiFi is also offline from the 2nd day. But we didn’t mention it to the staff.

The bed in the sleeping room is extremely hard, while the sofa bed in the living room is creaking and sqeaking with every move one makes.

Excellent location 👏 just some minutes walk to many famous attractions and spots. Enough shops, cafés, bars, and restaurants in the near vicinity. Safe, private, and suitable for children. Nice living room, kitchenette, bathroom, and sleeping room. The stuff is nice and friendly, but relatively slow to answer messages. Good value for money 💰!

The internet was poor. That was not a problem for us cause we had data in our phones, but you can’t use the Wi-Fi perfectly because it is making a lot of disconnections. The AC was not working. We were lucky we went to Rome on hot days. The receptionist came to the room to check and made it working but not perfectly. We had to have the AC on all the day to have a simply good temperature for the next 3 days. The elevator some times didn’t work so we had to curry our staff at the third floor.

The location was perfect. We were need to Fontana do Trevi and Spanish steps. The room was very clean and we had cleaning and new towels everyday. The receptionist was very helpful and kind.
