Absolutely everything , the food was amazing (we stayed in the Adult lodge) the grounds are immaculate , staff are all friendly , plenty of activities , the wood area is lovely and quiet , we played tennis and archery which we all enjoyed , the rooms were spacious and clean , everything was just perfect........Bravo to all of the staff

The beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable. The bathroom needs a mosquito net so can open the window more as no extractor fan, and some sort of privacy screen on the window as anyone tall can peer in! Also please state on the app that you need to join the mymo club before attending archery or staff need to take the forms down. Many a disappointed child turned away.

The food was delicious and a good variety. Michael Jackson show was great! Great pools and like the use of the woods on the 10 Min walk to the beach!

Signage wasn’t always clear. Communication with front desk & their taxi service was not the best. Response from emails to the on site taxi service was not timely …. Causing undue stress when needing confirmation for a ride to airport. Fortunately, it all worked out with follow-up on my part.

It was beautiful, clean and had an abundance of options for enjoyment! The zen music & hammocks in the forest were a magical touch! Would highly recommend for family vacations.

There were a lot of activities going around, however, it was a little bit confusing to find out about enrollment. Therefore, maybe a good idea to notify and encourage participation, specially in side the private lodge area. Maybe an option to pre enroll residents in some activities. The spa was all pre booked, and we couldn't get to reserve a session.

Great experience in total. Stayed for 5 nights, and had a variety of activities to explore. Private lodge facilities were better including, lodging, bar, as well as the restaurant. Great jungle walk towards the private beach, and was fun to enjoy canoeing sessions with the watersports guys near the beach. Special mention to Felipo (the bbq expert chef in the private lodge restaurant), as well as Anna Maria in the private lodge pool bar.

We'd have preferred more activity for our 7 year boy to give us more freedom to do our one. Sunbeds at the pool often full Not enough tennis courses for tennis lovers

Beautiful resort with a lot of green and activities all day for 16+. Fantastic pinewood towards the beachside. Good food variety and full of equipment to use for free. Shows in the night at high level. We loved it!

Staff were very variable. At reception, several staff members were haughty to boorish. One seemed very driven to say "no" to questions. Service in the restaurants was chaos -- it was often a very long wait for your drinks. Then again, the monitors and cleaning staff were great -- the cleaning staff spoke better English through the band that the service in the restaurants.

Beautiful grounds (flowers, greenery) and the pool at Private Lodge. Bus into Pizzo town. Resort cata and dog! Great location for my need to be near Lamezia Airport.

Food is not tasty, very few assortments compared to other all-inclusive hotels

The forest area is so beautiful with a lovely chill out zone on hammocks. Grounds are absolutely gorgeous. The room is very clean with an amazing view and a very quiet atmosphere. Special thanks to Ella. She is so kind and helped a lot to my 10 years old daughter throughout all childrens programs.

Everything was great. Nice and helpful staff, beautiful nature - flowers, trees. Our kids enjoyed the splash park and heated pool. During our stay it was too cold for us to use the main swimming pool. There was so much food to choose from During the meal times - nice fresh pizza, lots of fish and seafood - very good choice of Everything. The rooms are basic but we didn't spent much time there as there was so much to do outside.

It would have been good to have more bins around the pool area as this got dirty in the afternoon. Not everything was inclusive so we had a nice bill for the extras at the end of the holiday. This included ice cream, pancakes and crisps , things that you would expect to be included. Staff at the desk tried to overcharge for taxi because they thought I never spoke italian. The description highlighted more than one restaurant and gave the impression these were also all inclusive but it was only one and then 1 night only at another restaurant. Booking on activities was a nightmare. Had to book within 24 hours or it wouldn't work and then it would all go really quickly. I asked for someone to help witht our TV in the room and get us a phone and they never did.

Overall it was a fantastic holiday. Entertainment was great. Food was amazing. Staff were friendly. Room were kept clean. The pool was great qnd beach too.
