Surprised and disappointed that there was no birthday message or other gesture for my partner’s birthday….

We stayed for five nights to celebrate my partner’s birthday. Gorgeous room with balcony and view of the Alps (backside of the building, not overlooking the train station). The staff was super friendly, helped with all our questions, and made very useful suggestions on restaurants and visiting sites, even before our arrival. The breakfast was delicious(plenty of choices for all tastes) in a fabulous dining room (loved the design). We used the spa facilities once, which were small, but clean, and relaxing after a day’s walking in the city.

Everything was excellent.

The location adjacent to the beautiful train station was perfect. The hotel has a lovely lobby and bar to meet people. The room was very quiet and large. The terrace on the top was a fabulous view of the Alps and city. The staff were so polite and helpful. The price was very reasonable, unlike the expensive Rome hotels. The breakfast buffet was outstanding with fresh fruit to hot food.

The location was central and quiet. The breakfast was plentiful but you may consider adding processo as Sitea. My room was great and l wish l had more time with you. The staff are exceptional and a particular thanks Tiziona, Claudio, Luca, Simon, and Giada and Simone and some names l cannot remember. Please pass my huge thanks to the wonderful staff. WiFi was acceptable too. The cleaning was of a good standard.

Just Perfect, in every sense! Hotel is in the heart of Torino, very neat and fancy, with all the rooms, facilities, places inside it, just perfectly conserved. Staff is out of question one of the most competent and polite i have ever seen.

English breakfast options were limited. No milk in the rooms - supplied when I asked for it. Could have done with a better selection of English language TV programmes.

The breakfast was amazing. But there is NO NATURAL LIGHT in that large room, so it’s abit dark and not airey like the rest of the building. The upstairs rooftop bar is closed all year other than summer months of June to July/August. This is a huge shame - should have it open on warm days when sun is out.

Hotel was very nice. Very clean, and had an air of elegance.

I love this hotel. Second time in Turin and second time we are staying. Very clean, great breakfast, location is great, front desk personnel is phenomenal. Luca at front desk was great in suggesting activities. We will be back and we will stay here again.

The rooms are spacious and beautiful. The service, crucially, is so friendly, the best we’ve had in Europe. The breakfast is an incredible dream-like spread, although the quality of the hot food has gone down since recent years (no lids meant the hot food wasn’t that hot!). No complaints here though. A year ago our son was very sick in this hotel and the staff could not have been more obliging, forgiving and helpful. We will always be grateful!

Turin is birthplace of many high quality Italian coffee brands such as Lavazza - it is such a pity that there was no coffee machine available in the room, rather we were given instant coffee sachets. A decent coffee machine is pretty common in many other hotels I went in Italy or Europe in general, so I think this should be considered to be installed in all rooms. The design of the bathroom is rather odd - shower booth directly facing open glass windows covered by only thin curtains (with no additional cover). I prefer total privacy in bathroom. Location of bidet and toilet is across each other instead of next to each other (i found this rather odd compared to normal Italian bathrooms I have seen - and a little inconvenient to be honest).

Location is absolutely beautiful- situated right across Porta Nuova train station and within walking distance of Turin central attractions. Reception opens 24/7 and staff speaks good English, very hospitable. Complimentary mini bar replenished daily is something i really appreciate. Breakfast spread was amazing! Especially the made-to-order coffee of my choice. I love the sitting place and the patio available in each rooms.
