I would appreciate the central heating running for more hours of the day/evening in the peak winter months; it was a little chilly when we arrived mid-afternoon, and it seemed like it shut off fairly early before bedtime. But it wasn't cold by any means; we were still very comfortable, and I prefer a more neutral temperature in my room when I sleep anyway. And it would be running again by the time we woke up anyway. Regarding the location, it was a little far from the city center, but we didn't mind a bit of extra exercise by walking a few blocks to the nearest metro stop.

It was a very comfortable and cozy room, it was in a quiet neighborhood and easy to find, and it was near a few good dining and takeaway options.

Location was fine in the outskirts of Turin. Street parking was no problem. Restaurants within easy walking distance. Very good value for money.

A very poor breakfast. No ham, no cheese. I asked for chees because a previous guest has ate. I didn't get it. The same with bread. Only 5 pieces of bread were available on 7.10 morning. I don't recommend buying breakfasts, the better way is to pay only for the room.

Close to the metro station. The silent suburb of Torino. Private garage and a lot of free parking places outside.

Welcome was very lukewarm. He held on to our passports till morning (although said he would take a copy and give them back soon - I asked twice). Could not provide an extra blanket when I asked. Reserve a double bed room in advance if you want one (as opposed to 2 single beds). Make sure you enter Moncalieri in your GPS because there's an area nearby in Torino (Nichelino) that has the exact same street name... Confusing!

The room was small as stated in the description but good for the price. it served it's purpose as a place to sleep while visiting a late finishing sports event. So nothing to say what I didn't like. It was as expected.

There was a good selection to choose from at breakfast, Yoghurt, fruit, cake, croissants/brioche with help yourself to tea and coffee machine and fruit juices. All tables were spread out so not on top of each other. The bathrooms were clean, with fresh towels each day, liquid hand soap and shower gel provided in dispenser nice fragrance! Staff were very friendly and welcoming, were better than Google maps for finding places. Also worth saying that there were a mixture of guests from families to friends or workers so lone travellers should feel safe and at home.

The furniture is damaged. The room and the bathroom have a very unpleasant chemical smell. The room and especially the bathroom, needs a thorough cleaning. The bathroom is not adapted to the needs of women (there is no manual shower faucet).

The location of the air conditioner is strange, there is no sheet of paper with a password for Wi-Fi in the room. You just need to go down to the reception, look for the administrator and ask him. You will be lucky if, after 47 minutes of waiting at the reception desk, you will be noticed. Papers with a password for Wi-Fi are NOT AVAILABLE ANYWHERE. The room was little dusty, and huge bags with some things were lying in the corridors. And you need to bring your own shampoo and shower gel, because the soap provided by the hotel can only be used to wash your hands.

Liked the bed. There is air conditioning, but it has a strange location. Nice balcony and large windows, light in the room. There is a small safe, mini bar and TV, the mini bar does not work.
