The room wasn’t ready when we arrived. Some dirt on the floor was cleaned with a towel after we mentioned that it’s npt clean.

It was calm and it was possible to work from the room.

The address is different than the one provided in the booking. There is only a reception at the address, you have to walk about a kilometer with the person from the reception. There is no elevator in the building and the walls are thin. The bathroom was in quite poor condition.

The hostel assistant was bad-mannered. Anything we asked he replied in a rude way. He took as to another building a few blocks away without any explanation.

The air conditioning consisted of a fan and a plug in unit which wasn’t very effective in the heatwave. Check in process was strange as room was not part of main hostel so we we arrived at the wrong location- actual room was on another road.

Excellent location and room was as expected for the price. Ideal for a one night stay. There was also a kitchen with a fridge as part of the room which was a nice surprise. 5 min walk from the train station and metro which was very handy.

Good value for money. Not great for the time of year due to heat. Other people in the building complex were rude. Friendly host. Shower room needs cleaning but shared toilets were okay. Great if travelling with friends/ family on a tight budget. Not suitable for anything else

The door to the balcony couldn't get closed properly, so there was a noise from birds in the morning. There were several empty bottles and unnecessary tools on the balcony.

The location is very good, only 10 minutes by walk from Termini train station. There wasn't additional charge for the late check-in at 23:10. The room had a big balcony with a pleasant view.

Check-in started a little rough, but the host was very accommodating and made us feel safe and satisfied with our room.

Host accommodated our requests. The room was clean and we had no problems with the bathroom space. Location was great -- easily accessible by metro and bus.

Place felt dirty, tv didn’t work, shower was broken, no soap all week, balcony was dirty, balcony door didn’t shut properly, no kitchen facilities, temperature was extremely hot at night with no way to control the radiator and about a 40 min walk to the centre.

Super close to the train station, bed was pretty comfy and staff were nice. Free towels were appreciated. The location was also close to some really nice restaurants.

has little amount of outlets so plan for it. the internet never worked. I believe they do not have WiFi and they just say “I’ll call the company” and nothing ever happens.

the location is great and, even though the outside is quite destroyed, inside is very good.
