We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

ItalyAttic room was small and roof is at a quite low height. Floor didn't seem quite clean and I had to clean it myself.
Staff was super friendly and attentive, we had a kind of sea view and breakfast was not too bad.

United Kingdomwould have been helpful to have a little map showing where to park before arriving. the lock on Room 320 needs replacing and would be dangerous in the event of a fire because it was extremely difficult to unlock.
good location, very clean, helpful, we ate at the hotel restaurant for dinner and it was good food at a decent price, lovely helpful staff.

Nice and friendly personal. We stayed only one night in very small room at 3rd floor. Hotel has no lift. Bathroom was extremely small and the apartment has weird smell. I would recommend to edit price for the room. Typically hotel breakfast, we were disappointed with the coffee, it was disgusting.

IsraelWe were asked to pass early in the morning for the check in because we had a tour finishing late at night, but the room was not ready, there were no spare keys to leave us and when we arrived late the lady in the reception asked us if we already did the check in. Our luggage was left in the reception with no surveillance, we had to carry it ourselves at midnight to the third floor with no elevator. The room is small, not so clean, and I (180 cm tall) couldn't stand in the bathroom or fit in the shower. The A/C was full of dust. We were also given a card to the nearby beach that seemed like a free voucher, to find out it was only a 10% discount. The parking is on the other side of a main road with no organized crossing and it can be quite dangerous in traffic hours.
The breakfast was good, we had the continental option that was great.
