The hotel is in excellent location the staff very friendly, helpful. Amera, Salma and the rest off the staff were so friendly. The rooms are clean modern and the size was good too. Would surely recommend it and would be happy to choose again.

Since the hotel is located in the historic center of Rome, it was sometimes a little difficult to get a taxi, but the hotel staff did their best. Breakfast buffet is very rich, but the variety hasn't change during the 8 days we stayed.

This is a beautifully designed boutique hotel, at the best location in Rome. Central, yet quiet, Close to many attractions, restaurants, museums , shopping centers and churches. The staff is very generous and helpful. We were upgraded to a larger room with a lot of storage space. We will surely return next time we're in this wonderful city.

Service staff at the restaurant could be more attentive when dining outside the usual hours. Several times in the afternoon I had to wait for more than 10 minutes for someone to show up for taking additional orders and one time it took so long that I had to go find someone myself to finally get my check. That the hotel's rooftop terrace and bar were closed during my whole stay was not mentioned by the staff or on their website. This was a huge downside for me and should have been communicated beforehand.

The hotel is perfectly located at the heart of the city 2 minutes walking distance from Fontana di Trevi and very close to Piazza Venezia and Via del Corso. Most of the cities attractions can easily be explored by foot. The staff is very nice and helpful, the rooms are great and especially the bathroom was huge. I also enjoyed the 24/7 food service and the concierge which made my life much easier. I asked for a quiet room and even though the hotel is located at the heart of town my room was all quiet during night time.

Singular gripe would be the additional charge at breakfast for eggs. It seems odd, considering the cost of stay, that the hotel would feel the need to charge extra for a couple of egg dishes over breakfast (we had breakfast included in our booking). It’s a minor detail, but it caught our attention.

The atmosphere is very pleasant and the staff are all very kind and helpful. It’s a beautiful establishment, in an amazing location. We asked for recommendations for our last dinner in town (on a Saturday and very much last minute), and Emilia, the manager, very kindly and patiently searched for a restaurant for us. Her choice was great! Emilia, as well as all her colleagues, made our stay a joy. We were comfortable, felt very well-attended to, since all the staff were warm and mindful. Absolutely would return in a heartbeat!

Maybe it is only me, but the air conditioner was not working properly and it wasn't cold enough. We went during winter, so we managed. But not sure how it is going to be during summer. The hotel did offer to switch to another room. But after checking the other room, the air conditioner was the same.
