The elevator is not for the claustrophobic! very old and jittery, but we didnt mind this at all, just a heads up!

Good location for Vatican City. Not far walk from the metro station which takes you direct further into the city centre. Super clean and lovely room. It is very small in the B&B, but our room was very spacious!! Giorgio was super super helpful and so lovely!

The location is good, near the Vatican and the metro. It's a guesthouse on the 5th floor with several rooms, a shared kitchen, but all rooms have private bathrooms. Everything is clean. The host is great, you can't find a better host ever. Helpful, communicative, responsible, and always ready to support.

The bed was a bit creaky, we missed the non-sweet breakfast option and the hairdryer stopped to working when we tried to use it more than one minute - but these are just small things what can make this accomodation even better, but overall it is really good.

We were very satisfied!!! The balcony option and the room itself was pretty good.

We only stayed for 2 nights, the accomodation was perfect.

The room is part of a bigger apartment, nicely furnished, the building itself and the neighbourhood are beautiful and close to the city center. You can easily reach the most important landmarks by walking. We only used the metro to Termini when we arrived/left Rome. The host was very friendly and welcoming; Giorgio gave us amazing recommendations for restaurants near the apartment. The complementary coffee, water and sweets were a great addition to the stay.

In a word, everything. Very clean room and comfortable bed, plenty of space and a nice terrace. Very good coffee and delicious breakfast every morning. Also, the location is fantastic, close to Vatican and with a lot of transportation options around (metro, bus, tram) but suitable for walking too, it takes only 30 min to reach Piazza del Popolo by foot. On top of it, the kindness of Georgio, his willingness to help and share vacation tips with us was by far the best part. We love Rome and we had the chance to explore new places in the city, find some hidden gems and wander on tiny beautiful streets. Can't wait to visit again, it was a delight.

The building is pretty, and is in a quiet neighbourhood. If you book early, you can get a good offer for a room like this. The staff is kind and breakfast is wonderful.

Only feedback is that the water was very cold. Likely just a technical issue but it was 30+ degrees so not too much of an issue for showering.

The internet was working on periods and the host was trying so hard to fix that problem so it wasn’t up to him but up to people working in that network company.

Everything was nice - the room, the balcony view, the breakfast on the balcony. Host was so kind and available for every question/request.
