It can get noisy outside at night occasionally as drunk citizens pass by and yell on the street. Traffic slows down significantly at night, so noise from street didn't bother us otherwise.

Everything was perfect. 10 min walking distance from Mestre train station from which olyou can get to Venice in another 10 minutes. Private parking. Breakfast exceeded our expectations. It is kind of hard to beat breakfast quality in Italy, as it is very good very much everywhere. But here it was a level up with many local specialties and very good presentation by Emilia the host. Emilia was excellent and very helpful throughout our stay. If we are back to Venice, would book this B&B again without hesitstion.

Residential location near bus or train stops to get around and in the old city. Secured car parking behind the gate. Clean rooms with ensuite bathrooms. Common room for breakfasts. If there was just one reason to come back to this BnB (apart from visiting Venice again), it would be for the breakfasts. Emily is very kind, friendly and informative host.

"Un Sogno" is simply wonderful! The space is very well decorated, full of small details that make us feel good and so relaxed. The room is very confortable with excelent bedding. We appreciate all the organisation, the availability since the first moment, the amability and kindness. Emilia did EVERYTHING she could to make our stay amazing! Firstly if we could rate this place higher then 10 we would. From the get go the communication with the host was amazing. The room was perfect really comfortable and close to the train stop for a quick 10 min train across to the city of venice. The stand out for us was with our busy schedule we wernt there for the breakfast both days but our host gratiously packed the breakfast ready for us later that afternoon and delivered the next mornings breakfast the night before so we could take it with us to our next destination. They truely went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable amd welcomed. We will definitely be back when we come to cenice again :)

There wasn’t anything that we didn’t like.

Everything is great, but the way Emilia treats her guests is exceptional. Another thing is breakfast buffet where almost everything is home made, which is very rare in Italy. And the bus stop is just round the corner, so you can reach Venice in 10 minutes.

Simply amazing. Unassuming building but the interior is just superb. The breakfasts are beyond what you can imagine in terms of effort, quality and attention to detail. We were truly spoiled! They took real care of us. Fantastic location for a bus into Venice, only 10 mins and some decent restaurants nearby.

The owner was very nice for us. She wrote down the notes to help us like how takes bus and train, where buy bus tickets, how find a way back. You just ask her and she give you the information you need. The breakfast was great. Last day we left early morning. She packed the breakfast for us. I have to give 5 stars!

Nothing, everything was great.

Basically everything! Emilia and her mother are amazing hosts and offer a really great place to stay! The place feels like home, rooms are clean and beautifully decorated. Home-made breakfast was rich and delicious. Location is very convenient - less than 5min away from the trainstation, where you can take the train to Venezia and back. The free private parking option (with a reserved spot) is also very useful.

This is a lovely apartment with three bedrooms that share a dining area and kitchen. Our room is spacious with a king size bed and a twin size bed and a small sitter area. The host lady prepared fantastic breakfast with a variety of homemade bread, cakes, cookies, muffins, sandwiches, eggs and cheese and different fruits. She would make coffee for everyone’s preferences. She even packed a lot of food that we could not finish for us to eat on the road!

The breakfast was incredible: a huge selection of homemade food (from bread to sweets and beyond). Personally, I would say it is even better than in some hotels I visited before. Emilia and her mum are super welcoming and supportive & flexible regardless which request we had. The location is great to take public transport to Venice island (only a 10-15mins ride). Overall we enjoyed the stay a lot and we would recommend the B&B to others!

Just perfect! Emilia, the host, is super friendly and send many helpful information before we arrived so we felt very welcome. The breakfast was perfect with everything you can wish for and the room and the whole B&B is modern and cozy! I can really recommend this place. The train station and buses to Venice are close by and easy to reach within a very short walk.
