Close to Bologna train station, bed was comfortable. Our first room had a buzzing noise so we were upgraded to a suite for the inconvenience which was nice.

We had twin beds when I thought we were getting a double. They were next to each other but made up separately. We were only there for one night so did not bother to request a move.

Extremely helpful and friendly front desk staff on check in. I asked restaurant suggestions and what we were given were excellent. Great location for train station which is exactly why we booked it. Fabulous from that regard.

Very modern and clean hotel. Extremely close to the railway station which is what we wanted. Short walk to all the main tourist attractions and a plethora of nice bars and restaurants nearby.

The hotel is in front of the station so perfect if you are travelling for work and you need to catch the train.

Quite a bit of noise from other guests which kept us awake. There seems to be little or no soundproofing. Temperature controls are strange. Had to get staff at reception to set the temperature, as the room controls wouldn’t. Shower was only lukewarm in the evening when we arrived. Seems like they do this for power saving, but it can make things difficult and uncomfortable.

Good location near the station. It’s very modern, clean and shiny- comfortable beds.Breakfast is good quality and well organised.

The room decor is odd and a bit dated/tired. Its red and dark wood. It's not very inviting or comfortable. You have to ask for cappuccino at breakfast, but this isn't explained by the staff when you sit down.

The location is perfect - just opposite the Train Station. The city and all the sights are walkable easily from the hotel. The breakfast is lovely - a fantastic selection including some local delicacies.

Prefer a separate shower

A funky room.... hotel decor with a very comfortable clean room, good air con and beds..... across the road from the train station ( that suited our travel plans). Breakfast was excellent and staff were freindly.

Food options for dinner/aperitivo were very poor and would definitely recommend venturing out to eat something. Breakfast had a decent spread with fruit, charcuterie, hot food, pastries, bread, and waiters available to take your coffee order. Hotel decor is very business-like and not very pretty.

Hotel is located right across the street from the Bologna Centrale train station, which was convenient. However this means it's far from the city center, which is a 20-30 min walk so I would prefer to book a hotel closer to the center in future trips. Staff was very helpful in offering recommendations and assistance. Room was clean and modern though basic in terms of design and furnishings. They had a hair dryer but no USB plugs so be prepared to bring plug adapters if you're traveling from the United States. It had windows that opened allowing fresh air in. Room was quiet and hotel was non-smoking. The tap water here (and everywhere in Rome it seems) is very good and drinkable.

We were disappointed that the restaurant was not open other than for Breakfast. We had specifically chosen a hotel with a restaurant for the evenings when we were too tired to walk into the restaurant area of the city.

We were very pleased with the room. It was a good size and kept very clean. The staff were very helpful too.

Some aspects of some of the rooms becoming a little dated.

An excellent breakfast with a wide variety on offer and attentive waiting staff. Super location next to the railway station with easy walk to the centre of the city. Lots of intersting places to eat around the area both sides of the railway tracks. Excellent standard of cleaning.

The location was perfect, 15min walk to the centre. Amazing selection for breakfast, with lots of options. Staff very helpful. And very comfortable bed and pillows.

Toilet broke as soon as we arrived. Fixed very quickly, but appeared to be a small leak as water slowly built up along bathroom wall. From an overall perspective although you could get room service I was told no hotel restaurant available for dinner. Considering we were paying over €200 a night in October, thought this was poor.
