The staff at the reception and owner of this totel was helpful and extremely friendly. Location is very well with awesome view. Free parking for car. The room was a little small but very comfortable and clean.

We were very much pleased with the stay at UNICA. The staff was very friendly and service was very good and professional. UNICA has a large parking lot. we'd gladly stay at UNICA when we travel to beauty Umbria next time.

Perfect accommodation experience in Assisi, the hotel's artistic decoration and decoration are very tasteful and stylish, the exquisite garden is perfect, the hotel is in an excellent location to see the beautiful panoramic view of Assisi, breakfast in the restaurant can see the sunrise of Assisi, the hostess is very enthusiastic, she came to check us in outside the check-in time, prepared cappuccino for us, and helped us book a good dinner restaurant. A very perfect experience, highly recommended.

We had nowhere to hang damp/ wet towels in the room. There was cereal provided at breakfast but no milk and we did not realise until our last day that we could ask for eggs for breakfast. Communication about breakfast and what is available could be improved. Definitely need a jug of milk out .

The property was in a great location for Assisi and local train station. We loved having the pool on hot days .The staff were very friendly and helpful . Our room was clean and towels were provided for the pool . There was a range of options for breakfast. Overall very good value for money.

The location was amazing with a great view of the old town. Lovely, quiet and secluded within walking distance of the town. All were staff incredibly helpful and nice. I would recommend to anyone looking to visit Assisi and the surrounding Umbrian hills.

iit’s a real gem. Staying here is the best choice because the terrace has the most beautiful view at dusk, which you can't see if you live in the city! Natascha is great and helped us a lot. The breakfast is simple and delicious, and I loved to enjoy my coffee and the great view. Would recommend it to everyone who wants to visit Assisi.

The weather!

Breakfast was very good - staff exceptionally friendly and helpful - could not do enough for us. The beautiful breakfast room had bio fold doors onto the gardens so we were able to have breakfast outside which was very much appreciated.The bedroom was kept beautifully clean with plenty of fresh linen and towells and fresh bottled water left for us in the fridge. The owners very kindly organised collection from the airport and took us back which we didn’t expect and was very much appreciated.

The breakfast was delicious. The staff were very, very friendly and welcoming. When the group was a bit late for check-in we received a friendly phone call and, because we didn't speak Italian, she had an associate call us back who could speak English. Very thoughtful.

The place is perfect. the location, the view to Assisi from the window. The hotel owner gave us personal hospitality, helped us several times to book a restaurant, communicated with us via text messages. her hospitality was no less than amazing.

Great location and magnificent views of Assisi! surrounding gardens beautifully maintained and very pretty. Hostess Natascia was charming, friendly and extremely helpful - assisted with pick up and drop off at the station, helped with dining reservations/recommendations and made sure we were comfortable. The apartment was very spacious and clean. ( suitable for a family or 2 couples sharing.) Breakfast was generous with good choices. Extra snacks, fruit, tea and coffee were provided in the apartment.
