Nice apartment in a quiet neighbourhood. Close to tram 8 that brings you to the center of Rome. Simple breakfast in the nice bar around the corner. Owner gave lots of useful information on Rome.

You get exactly what you see in the photos, nice neighborhood, live authentically with locals;Quiet and clean facilities, nice apartment staff( limited English-speaking but helped a lot) Cost of foods and expense is relatively low, David would list out restaurants around to grab food and coffee, but not really many choices to look up to. Pretty much far away from downtown, would not be a best fit for travellers, although close to bus stop but at least 30 mins transfer to downtown Rome, ~20 mins bus distance from Vatican.

Besides from the property, which was exactly what we were after, I would say the best asset of Unicum Roma is Davide. He was so helpful, gave us great advice and tips and was always clear and detailed in his communication. The room was clean, spacious, in a quiet neighbourhood, with nice views from the balcony. The tram 8 stop nearby brings you all the way to the heart of rome (Piazza Venezia) through the charming neighbourhood of Trastevere with its fantastic food.

Nothing. Everything was perfect. For us was no issue and we knew that we had to travel by public transport to get to the center. It might be tricky only if you feel like coming back to the room at noon ( for those with small kids for example) and going out again.

The apartment is modern and really well maintained. Clean and spacious. Situated 2-3 min walk to a tram station from where by tram you are 20 min to the heart of the city center ( since it is the starting point you can always sit and enjoy the ride). It was an excellent choice for us ( 2 adults, 2 children). Great value for money. Avoiding the noise from the city center during the night and not wondering where to park our car. Davide ( the host) is really helpful and provides all the information and recommendations you might need to make your stay in Rome nice and hassle-free. Breakfast was 4 min walk from the apartment but if you want to feel real Italian atmosphere in the morning this is the place. The guys there were really attentive.

The location was fine. I am sure the rates were a little lower because the location was on the edge of Rome. Not in the middle of all the action. Worth the savings because the busses are so efficient. We took the 8 bus back and forth easily running frequently. Also the local restaurants had better food and Lower prices than in the city center. We felt like we got to see what living in Italy would be like. Out side of the very touristy area. Also the h bus took us to the Train to our next adventure which took us to Florence . Next time I would stay my entire Rome visit here. Save money and still see everything because the buss service is so good. The buss stops right out side the complex where we stayed. We had complimentary breakfast every morning at a cute cafe with great coffee. Our favorite place to eat was ceazare just a couple blocks away. Local style. Great food. Priced lower than in the touristy area .

not many things i can think of.. Wlan was fast, that was very important for us. The only "negative thing" i remember, was that upon arrival there was a very thin blanket, i personally dont like that so the house keeping lady changed it immediately

Of course it's beatiful, i liked the system with the breakfast BUT best of all was definetly the price difference to others! We've looked into over 100+ hotels and must say it was a very nice experice. No problems with taxi or uber either

I have to say, this room greatly enhanced my trip to Rome. It's located about a half-hour drive from the city center, and right below is the "8bus" stop, with a bus every 2 minutes, so transportation is never an issue. What stands out the most about this place is the service. The landlord goes above and beyond to meet your needs. In my view, he values the guest experience over profit. Whenever I needed assistance, he promptly provided the best solution he could. So, the high rating this place received on booking is truly well-deserved. Once again, I'd like to thank the landlord for all the help during my stay.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about our brief stay here. Not only were the suites absolutely beautiful and the beds so comfortable, our host Davide was an absolute gem. He made sure we had all of the instructions for getting into our suite. He checked on us to see if we needed anything and even ordered our shuttle service for the following morning to the airport. I recommend this place 100% and will definitely stay here again!

The location is not that close to the city center, like 30-40 minutes by public transport. I would not call it breakfast that they offer, you have a limited amount voucher for 3 euros and you can buy just a coffee and croissant for this money.

The room was clean, pleasant and new. The stuff was all the time in touch in case of any questions.
