The doorlatch for our room was a bit loose, so we had to slam the door shut when closing it from the outside. ( a bit noisy that way)

Beautiful view from room to the sea, the port, the castle. Great place to go for walks or a run. Breakfest was great on the terrace, and we got gluten free croissant too! We enjoyed the St. Francis celebration from our balcony, a great experience.

I came to Milazzo on a whim needing a treat and pick me up. Upper-boutique Hotel was just that. The property is excellently managed. The furnishings are stylish, handsome and comfortable. Great Linens. Breakfast had more choices than I have seen in Sicily. But best our host Gloria. She is on top of everything. I made a mistake about my train arrival and she caught it and called back. Great value and really a top notch treat.

We are not used to staying at a place with no receptionist, but soon got used to communicating by WhatsApp.

How helpful they were. We were supposed to leave early before breakfast but the ferry was cancelled. When we notified the hotel what had happened a lady came in specifically to provide breakfast for us. Also if we had gone to the islands we could have left our car in the secure car park. Thanks

Amazing location, close to the port from where you can take a ferry to the islands or the local bus to visit Milazzo’s attractions. This property also has an amazing terrace which you should check out in the evening.

We booked the hotel last minute/quite late as our ferry was delayed due to a storm. The response from the hotel was prompt and instructions were helpful. Location is excellent - very central, by the ferry terminal. The room was spacious, with a comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast with a view. Overall, very happy with our stay.

Amazing room, very modern and clean. Well equipped with good A/C, which with this heat is perfect. It is perfectly located if you want to go to Aeolian Islands since the Milazzo port is at 50 m from the hotel. Friendly staff.

The online check-In allows access 24/7. The Hotel is located directly opposite the Ferry terminal and thus perfect for a layover. Nice lounge area on the upper floor

The apartment was clean and modern, with a large bathroom and balcony. We had excellent communication with the staff, and there was a nice rooftop terrace. They served a sweet breakfast every day. The location right by the port makes it a perfect spot for island hopping in the Aeolian Islands, and it's only a 10-minute walk to the beach. On the last day, we were allowed to check-out an hour later, which was very kind.
