Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

United KingdomWe stayed in a triple room and this could have been a bit bigger. I personally prefer a softer mattress and bedding.
The staff were very helpful and we appreciated being able to check in late. There was also a very good range of breakfast food and drinks.

ItalyThe pay method of your stay: If you want to pay at the time, when you arrive at the facility, you have to leave a deposit during the reservation online equivalent to one night. Of course after your stay they give you the deposit back. But when you check into the facility they require you again to pay the deposit amount and plus the rest of your stay. So you have to pay twice the price of one night and then after your stay they give you back a portion that would be the deposit. This works maybe if you book a multi-night stay. But it doesn't work if you book for one night. Because at the time of the stay it looks like I paid twice for my stay. Then you have to trust that they will refund you. This situation has created inconvenience. So if you want to book it is better to pay everything during the reservation and not choose the method of paying at the facility.
I like that it’s close to many places such like restaurants and metro. They have a private parking space with camera and gate which is so important in Rebibbia to leave the car is major security. Breakfast was amazing: so my any different things for everyone, also vegan options.

United KingdomYou could hear people in the next rooms late at nights if you had noisy neighbours, which did disturb our sleep. Our only negative.
The breakfast was excellent, various choices of European breakfast and plenty of it, but not English which was absolutely fine. The owners and staff couldn't do enough for us and we're so welcoming.

GreeceWe didn't like that there was no separate window. The door also served as a window in its upper part, but no sieve was installed, and mosquitoes could easily enter. Even though we asked for a tablet the first night, they didn't provide us with any, and we didn't ask again because just with a spray, it wouldn't be healthy. Also, the room smelled too much moisture due to the absence of a window with a sieve, and the bathroom smelled terrible almost every day. On the plus side, despite the bad smell, the daily cleaning somewhat made up for it. Area extra minus, which should not account in the hotel rating, the distance from the center of Rome was over an hour with the buses (good thing that there was a frequent timetable), and the metro was nearly 45 minutes depending on where you wanted to go. The Rebibbia station was somehow "isolated and dark" after 21:00, so we preferred taking the buses to return so we were always visible and on the road. Also, there was nothing to do near the hotel, with no cafe/bar or anything.
We liked best the bed and the distance from the metro/bus, which were very close. Cheap and tasty standalone breakfast if you haven't booked breakfast included room. There was also daily cleaning and easy access to the rooms.

ItalyPricing was slightly excessive for a room with no windows, no ventilation and no fridge. It's understandable there would be no windows for privacy, but it's still not great considering the "soundproof" rooms still let a good amount of sound in, whether it was road noise or people talking. The bathroom vent was broken, the bidet had a malfunctioning nozzle and the shower head was painfully high in pressure, strong enough to leave red marks on my skin even when lightly opening the faucet. No pillow options besides the only two tremendously hard pillows which I preferred to remove.
The structure is well decorated and comfortable, well laid out and inviting. The staff members we met were available and helpful. The room was completely clean and decently spacious. No squeaks in the bed.

RomaniaThe entry room door was not closing completely and being close to the entry in the yard we could hear all the guests coming in or going out of the location - unfortunately the hotel was full and no other triple was available. Be aware of the city tax - collected by the hotel at checkout - an unpleasant surprise created by the local authorities, not by the hotel - probably I missed on booking.com or at the reception where this tax was mentioned . Nevertheless, 4 eur/person/night for a 3-stars hotel is not something that leaves a pleasant memory in the last night in Rome. :(
The garden was wonderful, the room sufficient large for all three of us, the alternatives for breakfast attractive for the price of 7 euro - the cappuccino amazing, blessed their hearts :). The personnel was extraordinary in changing our room (due to a technical problem in the bathroom) and offering support in airport transfer choices. Two supermarkets close to the hotel - useful for snacks. Close to subway - about 16 min of travel to Termini station .

BulgariaThe door of the bathroom couldn’t be closed properly, but it’s not a big hindrance - you’re able to take shower and use the toilet privately. The other thing’s that the floor was incredibly cold since we were on the ground floor and that wasn’t really pleasant.
Very clean and tidy. The staff was complaisant and friendly. The location of the hotel is convenient - you can get to the old town quickly by metro.

DenmarkI think the prize of the stay was a bit too high for the quality given. Difficult to find parking with car.
Friendly staff. Breakfast was fine, but not high quality. The quality of the room was average, but clean. The area around the hotel is relaxed and quite, but not the best place if you want to go out on cafes and restaurants. The hotel environment with garden gives a nice relaxed atmosphere.

United KingdomThere are no tea making facilities in the room (for UK visitors), so no kettle and no cups. We did ask for some cups and we were given tiny plastic cups to use. The reception lounge area is very cosy. There was only one mirror in the room, located in the bathroom. The ventilation in the bathroom was poor. Walls are pretty thin if you are a light sleeper.
I liked that the common areas such as reception/lounge, outdoor seating and rooms were clean and tidy. The water was always hot and the shower pressure was excellent. Our room has air conditioning and heating facilities and a small fridge. The location is good if you need to be in Rebibba, otherwise there is nothing much around in the immediate vicinity of the hotel.
