Nothing that I disliked. Took two days to arrange a baby seat. not a big deal but a little bit annoying. I would recommend to better up the quality of the juice at the breakfast (I think the cost/benefit of offering a glass of fresh squeezed orange juice for free would be worth it since the impression in all other areas of the breakfast are very good).

Perfect location, very nice roof top for breakfast, extremely polite and nice staff (especially reception and guy welcoming guests at the front door), very good that we could have a room with a small separate bedroom as we were traveling with my wife’s baby sister.

It's really not fair to give me a room in a buiding next to hotel.

I will be completely honest with this review. The hotel is excellent in a prime location. The room is spacious and there really isn't a single fault. And there is only one problem :-) We were not in the hotel building, but in the building next to the hotel. Yes.. In a residential building where the hotel probably bought or leased a certain part of the apartments and turned them into identical rooms as in the hotel. I think it would be fair if the people from the hotel tell you that when you pay 530 euros for a night's stay. Everything else is good.

My room was over the street side of the building and the noise from the cars, people and cafe/restaurant downstairs never stopped. Even at 3:00am. It wasn't possible to sleep with the window open for long because of the noise, and the air conditioner was also noisy, so I couldn't sleep with the window closed either. Next time I would ask for a quieter room that is not on the street side of the building.

The room was for one person, so it was a happy, and cozy space, that others might call small, but I loved it. It was so very clean, and the linens smelled so fresh and clean. It was great to be able to open the window for fresh air, because the air was cool in the evening and overnight.

The room looks great, but it's tiny. Got quite stuffy in the room even with the AC. No tea/code facilities in the room.. Shower pressure was quite low, so not the best. Staff in the rooftop restaurant and Brillo, which I think is connected to this hotel, were snobbish and rude.

Fantastic location. High quality 4 star hotel. Friendly doormen. Good quality furnishings and bathroom amenities.
