It was a shame that in the entrance to the valley there is a major building project going on. This does not affect your stay but just be aware that this this is visible from the property, but does not detract from your visit.

Pepe the host was wonderful, he was passionate about the lemons that he grew and explained everything to us. The food he cooked was also amazing. We would definitely recommend you eat at the property

The property is located in the middle of the mountains. The view is absolutely breathtaking. The outdoor area is surrounded by beautiful fruit trees, and the swimming pool is big. We booked the room with sea view and we were not disappointed! The staff was also very kind! A +: the home-made granita is DELICIOUS!

The breakfast was very good, just what would you expect from an agrotourism facility. The hosts were very caring and friendly. The rooms were spacious and nicely deocorated. The view from the balcony is quite pleasant aswell. Would definitely recommend staying here to get away from all the crowds during the summer days. The beach is also not that far away, just a quick drive around 3-5 min.

Breakfast was typically Sicilian and very interesting. The homemade Granita was a lovely surprise. The warmth and friendliness was incredible as was the personal service. Zero pretentiousness and the location is beyond stunning. A very chilled & beautiful couple of days. We'd go back in a heartbeat.

You will need a car if you choose this place, because it's quite far from the towns and also from the main road. This is the price for the peacefull enviroment :)

The staff was very kind amd flexible. The facility is beautiful. It a quite peacefull place. The food are also good. I really recommend this place. It not a 5 star hotel but really good value for the price.

the only thing I would say is that the access to the place is through a not paved road that is not really good but is only less than 1km until you reach the main road. we had a rented car that was quite small and still made it.

We were visiting Sicily for a week and we enjoyed a lot our stay in Valle Lumia. It is a perfect place for a peaceful and relaxing stay. The pool with views of the see is really nice. The staff is generous and made our stay really pleasant. Giuseppe invite us for some homemade limoncello that was super good and every morning we got really nice Granita. We would totally recommend it!

Bad road to the place, but it's not a problem, just 1km and you are there. Could be more breakfast. Need to clean pool more, especially when you have robot. Also need more workers for such big place, now works just one nice lady, who tries to do her best. Also needed more towels in room (2 big and 1 medium isn't enough for 2 people), all apartments has 3 for each person.

We felt really welcomed at this nice place. Giuseppe take care of us. When I asked which hours is the swimming pool available to use, Giuseppe just responded I'm his guest, I can use the pool whenever I like. The other day we wanted to stay longer at the pool to take a rest. This was no problem, we just checked-out of our room and Giuseppe said that we can be at the place as we want. Breakfast was delicious as well. Giuseppe's mom does not speak english, having said that we've uderstand everything even we don't speak Italian. She was really friendly and even offered us to take us with her car when going to the city at the coast.

The place is famous for their lemons and is truly amazing, it's the best if you want to relax far away from the city chaos. The rooms are big, clean, the bed is comfy, there is a mini fridge in which you can store your own things if you want. The breakfast is sooo good (they produce their own honey and jams, plus lemon granita, of course). The staff was super nice. Ask for the access code before you go up there because there's no signal when you reach the property and the gate is closed. If you want to have dinner in your room (the restaurant closes at 3 p. m.) Be sure to buy something before you go up (the road is unpaved) or you can order a pizza at "la tavoloccia" and they will bring it to you. Absolutely worth it!

For us it was perfect, we did not expect anything more from this type of property and were very satisfied, but if you expect a 4-star hotel it is not your stay. The property is far away from everything - including shops - so you need to plan your evening glass of wine ahead.

Since we were only guests in a low season (May) we had a truly peaceful and quiet rest. Property is located in a beautiful valley, with lemon tree orchard behind the house and offers exceptional views. The room and facilities are quite basic, offer everything what is needed for comfortable stay, but the views and smell of blooming lemon trees and the natural, lemon granita we have been offered for breakfast made this stay really great. We had no issues to communicate with the host, although the lady that served us breakfast spoke only Italian. The property has large dining room and a terrace, as well as private parking space. Great place to spend few days.

The road to drive there was a bit crappy.

Very friendly staff, very nice room and amazing breakfast! One small thing, she doesn't speak English so be prepared.
