too small room for 2 persons, not clean - on the walls was spiderweb! not enough utensils (no cups, no spoons)! also information about garden was incorrect, cos windows side was to crazy traffic street!

The reception, actual accommodation and parking are all in different separate locations. The reception is hard to find as their is no clear signage. We felt the information given about parking was misleading. The available parking is from an external provider and is not the price as advertised on the accommodation details. It cost 50 euros for 2 days - knowing this we may have stayed somewhere else as it significantly raised the price of our stay. The photos of the accommodation are a lot nicer than in person, it is basic accommodation.

The location is excellent as it is located right in the centre, close to the hop on tour buses, and lots of lovely restaurants close by. Great if you don’t have a car.

The bathroom was disgusting, run down and moldy, hence why they don’t picture the bathrooms in their photos. 1 power point in room with a power board attached, you have to unplug the fridge to charge phones etc. only other one in bathroom. Not much help when the room takes 4 guests. Getting the key from one location and treking to location also a bother, very difficult to find the key location and getting buzzed into the building. A lamp provided but no power point for it so lights are on or off! Pillows were terrible and barely a scrap of toilet paper on arrival. Also 2 x glasses provided not washed for 4 guests. There are better options at the price in Rome

The bed is very uncomfortable needs upgrading, we need to ask for extra pillows. The fridge was leaking, the aircon is not working properly. Toilet needs updating. For, the price is also a bit much for the room, although understandably it was the peak season when we stayed but could have been cheaper given the room size and facility.

The location is very convenient for both Rome and Vatican. Near to the shops and resto. The staff was very friendly, helpful and accommodating.

No staff on reception, floor where dirty (plaster from someone before us one the floor), had a power cut one night and took over 2 hours to get it back on. Once electric was back on shower wasn’t hot due to staff not turning the boiler on for 2 days.

The was not clean, we asked for a cleaning but the staff were unresponsive, we ringed the day after for cleaning and then manager was irritated. I'm including a picture of my daughters foot after walking on the floor barefoot for a few minutes, I also sent the picture to the manager when I asked for the cleaning but he pretended he didn't get it.

Hi. The room was ok and too too dirty but cleaning could be better,we found some mould in shower and old clothes in closet,mattresses were too soft,the sank when you sat. The main issue was check in,the instructions were not clear at all,there was a half written address that I didn’t know what was for,we arrived to the accomodating place and nobody was there to give us keys so I went to the address listed for this place,there was nobody there and then I managed to understand there was a third address where I could go,I went there and the host was amlwaving the building and said he was expecting me earlier and was about to leave,I was lucky he hadn’t left,I didn’t know he needed to know exactly what time I would arrive since I thought there was reception at the accomodation place. Anyway,this was a big hassle and the fact we have no room at the actual accomodation to store out bags until the afternoon was also a hassle,the host was pretty rude when I asked a few times what the options were to store bags,he excepted to walk 15min with 8 bags and leave them Unattended in a place for half a day because they have nobody there in the mornings.

The rooms in the photographs were much more spacious and accomodating. The room was very small. It would have been fine for ONE double bed. However, to fit 4 guests, they put two double beds in the room, making it almost impossible to walk in the room. The hallway leading to the room had two cabinets (for linnens and such) that took up so much space I could barely walk past them to get to the door. A wider suitcase would not have fit through. Other than that, the towels were very worn and old. The outlet in the toilet did not work and so we could not use the hairdryer or heater in there.

The location is amazing. Perfect really. That was the best part of our stay. The gentleman at the office was also worth mentioning. He was very friendly and courteous. We were well received by HIM and I emphasize him because the lady who opened the door for us downstairs was everything but. The total opposite. Rude and blunt. I am quite sure she worked with him. I feel sorry for him. I must also mention that the room and toilet was very clean upon arrival. That is worth mentioning. The beds were made and clean as well. Lastly, the courtyard between the front building and the back building where the apartment is located is charming.

Bedsheets were dirty, towels as well. Still, worst aspect of the stay was the shared apartament (the room is in a 3 bedroom apartament, with private bathroom) and we could not sleep because of the noise of people entering and leaving the apartament.

You could hear other guests talking into their rooms; the room standard was mediocre; rusty towels hooks; defective power outlets in the bathroom; without notifying me in advance someone (the maid I presumed) entered the room while I was out and moved the bed to detach the power outlets in the bedroom, who knows for what reason, leaving everything out of place. *NO AMERICAN EXPRESS ACCEPTED*

1. Checkin process - They mention that they have a checkin till 12 which is completely lie as they leave your keys with direction 10 mins away in another building. You need to follow the instructions on Whatsapp like a treasure hunt to fetch the keys and self checkin the actual property there there is even confusion with nooms as there is no number and you are left with names like Colloseu and you have to look for the photos on doors to guess or try someone else's room at middle of the night. 2. Guests are smoking weed in rooms beside you and ruining your stay with wife and kid and the hotel authorities have almost no control. They don't have any personnel in the actual proerty to look for the other building where you are asked to go and pickup the key left on the desk is their reception as they say which is only open from 2-7PM. 3. Payment: The guy charging the payment seems to be completely nuts. Trying payment my card with wrong name and surname and asking me to provide other cards as this one is getting rejected. I have to explain him like a kid and he was finally able to pull it off.

The place was orribile, I don’t even know where they took that pictures. Everything in the bedroom and bathroom was not working, everything was broken and the bed was a nightmare full with hair and the pillow was super tight, better to don’t put anything at this point.

I paid for it upon key delivery and I asked for a receipt, they said they would email it to me and I still don’t have it. Re: the room- the sheets smelled so bad. They may have been steam pressed because I see folding lines but there is NO way they went inside a washing machine. I had to put my clean T-shirt on top of pillow so that I would smell less of the dirty sweat smell.

Cute little room with a nice view! The bathroom was nice and the beds were good. Only issue we had was when we arrived at reception we were handed the keys and told we had to walk another 10 minutes to a separate building where the room was which isn’t great in 37° wether and having lots of bags to carry.
