First of all, Flavio, the host, was great to help us with our early arrival The apartment had what our family needed to enjoy the stay. Also it is near Vatican city and you will find many restaurants close to it. The best part of the apartment for us was the terrace - a nice cosy place to relax / eat / enjoy a glass of wine

The sofa bed wasn’t very comfortable however we only stayed for one night so for us it wasn’t too much of an issue! That would be my only recommendation other than that the stay was perfect!

Excellent communication with the host. The beer and water in the fridge was a lovely touch! Fantastic location, apartment was very clean and having the extra outdoor space on the balcony was lovely. I would definitely stay here again.

The only problem was that the water pressure was very weak, so it took a lot of time to shower.

Six people stayed overnight. Flavio's place was fantastic. The house is a 2-minute walk from Roma San Pietro train station and there are plenty of bus stops nearby. Check-in was very quick, and Flavio was very friendly and accommodating. The three rooms were very spacious, clean, and two of them had very nice balconies. The bathroom was very clean and spacious. Overall, it was a very clean and cozy place to stay, and it was a great way to spend a night before my family flew back home. We would definitely book this place again if we stay in Rome next time.

It is a 10 minute walk to the Vatican and San Pietro train station. There’s a carrefour nearby. A restaurant beside the entrance to the property. The bedrooms are very clean, clean towels and beddings. The bathrooms are clean and spacious.

Location: 10 minutes walk to st peters so you can get in early before the long waiting lines. . Comfort: 3 good sized bedrooms with an en-suite bathroom I liked the small balcony to sit on have a coffee or wine an watch the world go by Easy: safe paid parking next door. Fyi uber from coliseum to apartment is about 30 euros

Absolutely nothing to complain about.

The flat was perfect for our needs. Very clean and in a excellent location. Flavio went above and beyond to help us with printing out boarding passes. A* service all round.

Location of flat is not optimal unless you like to walk a lot what we did. All popular destinations were at least 2-3 km far away, except Vatican. Connectivity with the public transport is poor.

A good clean and comfortable apartment with all stuff inside, even spices in kitchen, shampoo in bathroom and umbrella for a rainy day:) shops and restaurants close near by.

Everything was great, the accommodation was very nice, the advantage was that each room has its own bathroom , you have nearby a lot of restaurants, cafeterias, shops and is close to Vatican square.

Second time staying in these apartments and we are definately coming back! Spacious rooms with showers and toilets. Very friendly owner! Excellent location!

The bed in the living room was not so much comfortable.

The apartment is on the best location, near Vatican. Owner is very kind, he let us check in much earlier. Everything was clean, and you have everything you need. We really liked the terrace, it's nice and big. Perfect for morning coffee.

Great apartment with big terrace on a beautiful location. Only 10 min by foot to Vatican. Great connection to all inportant locations in Rome. Bus stations are in front of the building. Train station is 2 min away. There is a cozy Cafe in the ground floor of the building with great coffee and cakes and here you can also buy tickets for public transportation. Our houst, Flavio, was very nice and friendly. We will definitely come back.

The location was a little far from the action but it was also nice at the same time. There were too many people in the city. Plan on taking taxis and or transit to commute to major sightseeing destinations but you can walk to Vatican.

The property was clean and well equipped. The restaurants on the street were some of the best we had on our trip. The layout was ideal for our family and the crib was perfect for our 4 month old. We were 4 adults a toddler and an infant and had space. The host was superb! He went above and beyond for anything we needed and was so kind. We would stay here again 100% Highly recommend to families.

It had everything you could think of. Ease of access, lift there if required. Balcony to watch the world go by, sitting out early morning. The host is so helpful, knowledgeable and all round fantastic. Air con was a godsend as visiting in the hight of summer 39° but when didn't feel it indoors. Definitely recommend it and have already shared with friends and family

Everything. The host was the best. Very accommodating. He got us transportation from the cruise port to Rome, and from Rome to the airport at a value price. Close to the vatican. Close to restaurants, pharmacies, and grocery stores (all a 2min walk) The place was very clean and spacious. There is no single complaint.
