Too many keys to get in that were unmarked, expected an actual breakfast but was crackers & croissant snack thing. My boyfriend was vegan and I did mention but unfortunately he couldn’t consume anything.

Location was convenient and right across from the Vatican and even close to the basilica! The staff there was very welcoming and respectful. We only stayed one night and it was good for that time we were there. The owner is very responsive and communicates very well. There’s a safe for you to put your things away and you also get the key. Be aware that to get in the property there are a few stairs so if you’re taking luggage be aware. Overall was a good stay and would come back again.

The breakfast was poor, but the coffee machine made a very good Italian coffee.

Well located, very close to Vaticano and only some steps down, we were more under locals. The underground is also just some steps away. Nice little balcony close to the coffee maker.

Coffee machine empty every morning. Balcony small, nice but very dirty. Refrigerator makes a terrible noice and we placed it on the balcony.

Everything is good.

Good service especially Federica and the other lady who clean the room everyday, Giuseppe - they were all amazing, hospitable, friendly and nice. I will recommend this hotel to my friends and relatives who wants to come and visit Rome and the Vatican City is just across the street, everything is near, we were able to entirely see Rome by walking and sometimes taking the bus or shuttle (you just have to be careful of the pick picketers).

What we really did not like was the breakfast.They advertise the accomodation with buffet breakfast but it is very very far away from that.There wad only two tipes of small pre-packed cookies one salty and one weet, 1 pre-packed not fresh from bakery croissant and a small jam.The coffee machine was outside in the corridor but if even one room woke up earlier than us and used it, there was no more milk left in it. This breakfast is only ok if you stay here for 1 day but definitely terrible for 1 week because that is how lokg we atayed. The fridge in the room was making such loud noise that it was impossible to sleep whlle it was in the room.We had to take it into the bathroom to be able to sleep. The walls are very thin so you can her everything that other people do in the other rooms.Once they woke up , it was impossible to sleep.

The accomodation was in a wonderful location very close to the Vatican museum, St Peter Cathedral and to Cipro underground station.The noises coming from the street were not too bad.The staff members were very friendly, smiley and very kind to let us leave our luggage at the accomodation after we checked out.It was a great help.We did not use the blcony because it was very tiny but the bed ws comfortable and the airconditioning was functioning well. All in ll, the place is ok because of its great location.

Our only criticism was that the double bed/mattress was badly sloping on one side - it was like sleeping on a hill! The other beds were very comfortable, this was the only reason we didn’t give an ‘excellent’ score

Great location, close to metro, shops and cafes/restaurants. We could see the wall of Vatican City from our courtyard! Clean and well equipped, access to microwave, fridge in room.

The breakfast consisted of one croissant, crackers, 2 packs of jam (everything wrapped in plastic), a small juice box and the aforementioned coffee machine and was not really satisfying.

The place is centrally located close to the Dome and the Vatican museum. The host always replied quickly and we could even check in earlier. There is a free coffee machine :) For one night totally fine!

Don't prepare yourself for a good breakfast the next day, I'd say it's a just present to the visitors to have a small lanch after flight/train.

The location was super nice, the easiest way to get to it is by subway. The 5 minutes to the tasty cafes and shops. They also might give you an extra key to leave your bags in case you have a late flight, but you should leave it just in the common kitchen with others visitors. The coffee machine for visitors it's nice stuff to mention here.

The location is 200m from the enter to Vatican Museum. The check-in instructions are very clear. Federica answered all questions immediately. The breakfast is OK in the room. It is very clean. Tea and coffee are offered 24/7. We liked this place very much. Thank you, Federica!🥰

Bed was not comfortable at all. Bed closes were not clean and its arrangement was strange. No proper duver cover with duvet inside the cover that makes you wrapped into the bed sheet by morning. Old, worn down furniture and shower cabin. At least replace the moldy silicon with new in the shower…

Beds, Bathroom molded, only snacks for breakfast, 2 towels, 2 soap packets, no view, , very small shower, if you placed your elbows out you touched the walls of the shower, you can outstretched you arms and touch the bathroom walls. This was to be a Hitel I did not want a &B.

Everything was excellent!

The owner of the Vaticano84, Giuseppe, is an excellent person! He asked me about our arrival time and admitted us although it was early morning. He was always easy to reach and gave me the information I needed such as the location of cheap supermarkets etc. The location is excellent, just next to Vatican and close to the metro station. The area was quite safe. The staff at the guesthouse were quite helpful and smiling. When our baby got ill, they provided us with a digital thermometer which made our life easier. If we go to Rome again, we will definitely stay there. You cannot find a place which is better than Vaticano84.

Great place to stay, I have stayed here 3 times now and loved it every time. It is conveniently located next to the vatican and has a lovely balcony to sit out on in the evenings after a long day exploring the city
