The stairs to the apartment are steep. The toilets are very cramped if you have long legs you can not use toilet in one of the bathrooms. Lay out of bathrooms could be better. Staff did not explain how to use the washing machine properly and machine chewed up clothes then when I contacted the host they informed me they had to get a technician out for the washing machine and I would have to pay for cost. They also charge a bond of $150 euro which after 2 weeks is still a pending charge on my account have sent numerous messages to host about this charge and have received no reply. Would be good to have a folder there explaining how to use appliances in different languages

Wi-Fi was slow, and the main bed creaked when you moved. These could be improved easily. Other than that everything was perfect. Steep stairs so wouldn’t suit the less mobile.

Location is excellent. Close to San Marco. Supermarket literally next door (hard to find so ask). 5 min walk from Sant Agnello pontoon with direct access to and from Airport on Allilaguna Orange Line €15 each way. Lovely wee gelato shop at front door.

Just the awkward toilet in the ensuite but as the apartment has 2 toilets it was ok.

Location was great and very quiet at night. Air conditioning was very welcome and a fabulous way to relax in the heat of the day. Beds were comfy and it was very clean. Arrigo who met us after hours at 10pm was very helpful, friendly and professional with some great ideas on places to eat and explore.

Be sure to check how many you have booked the apartment for. I mistakenly booked for two and an extra charge was made for the third person although it was two bedroom.

Communication was second to none with these guys. WhatsApp messages regularly keeping me up to dat eand answered all questions swiftly. Location was better than I thought, close to all attractions and great local area just around the apartment too. Apartment had all you would need and very clean and comfortable

Two cramped bathrooms. One large bathroom with a separate toilet would have been better. The toilets were squished in the corner, not comfortable to use.

Great location. Easy to walk everywhere from here. Delicious gelato just downstairs. Lots of windows to let light and fresh air in. Well lit mirror in the hallway.

The stairs up to the apartment were difficult to my mum (75 years old) but probably we should ask about it before - I didn't think about it before I saw it) Garbage management: we supposed to rid off all the garbage otherwise we would be penalized (!). Strange approach, especially in Venice, where it's not that easy to do so for tourists. We didn't cook anything and didn't eat anything at the apartment and actually didn't have much, but if we would be cooking there - it would be a problem.

We have been staying in this apartment for 3 days. Great location - easy access to all main spots, communication with the owner/team was very helpful, easy and fast check in, a lot of good advises from the owner/team.

- bathrooms were tiny and not functional. main toilet was not mounted securely to the wall and felt like it would collapse at any moment. the en-suite toilet had no space for your legs to actually sit. - steep stairs to apartment

I was surprised by having to sign a contract and leave a temporary deposit on my card on site on the day we arrived: I believe it was due to host having property damage in the past. I have never been ask to do that before and I seemed questionable. Money was return about 1-2 week after visit. Also, as previously stated, the toilet space in master bathroom is ridiculously and uncomfortably small- take out the bidet and just leave a toilet. Your guests will thank you!

Location was fantastic, apartment comfortable with all the necessary equipment. Hostess meeting point was smooth. Excellent communication.

Main bathroom toilet is in a small corner which makes it difficult to use but there is two bathrooms so not a problem for us. You in any case do not go to Venice to spend time on the toilet all the time right😉. So no problem at all.

Everything was perfect, location was the best, it was extremely hot but the apartment have two airconditioners and we could escape to a lovely cool comfortable apartment when ever we wanted to. Good location and when you close the sound proof windows there is no noise. Supermarket close and gelato shop and many more outside your door.

No breakfast. 2nd bedroom small with little beds. Close to ferry stop.

Location was good Tatiana helpful. You had to take your garbage and take it to a place outside to get rid of it. Never heard this before. Mattress was hard and very narrow, uncomfortable. No living room. Had to sit in the kitchen. Shower was small.

The apartment is located in the historic center of Venice.We were met near the bus stop. It is very convenient that there are 2 bathrooms. Definitely recommend

One of the toilets was inaccessible for a bigger person due to the fact that it was squeezed in a narrow corner of the bathroom. The extra blankets in the closet were totally dirty. On the arrival (by train) we discovered that on the day of our departure there will be general strike of the public transportation means. So we had to leave one day earlier. We asked the host to at least symbolically reduce the price as it was not our fault that we had to leave earlier and that we were only three persons (one friend fell ill just before departure) and not four. Unsuccessful.

The location was excellent. The hostess was very friendly. The kitchen was fairly well equipped.

The most improper locations for air conditioning units. One is in the kitchen. The other is outside of the two bedrooms. That means doors need to opened—thus no privacy—in order for the rooms to be cooled at night. Very small: a person needs to sit at an angle to use the toilets; you need to walk sideways to get out of bed.

the property was amazing you have to go up around 30 steps to apartment door which was fine with us. 2 bedroom 2 bathrooms 10 min walk to at marks 5 min walk to Rinalto Bridge restaurant below us… amazing food and cheap too closest water stop was St Angelo we had a private water taxi from airport. worth every penny
