We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The location was great, ski back to the hotel. The hotel has been kind enough to arrange an on demand shuttle to the gondola as the chairlift being is out of operation as above. Choice of breakfast was amazing and hot options freshly cooked on order. Apple cake to die for. Weatein the hotel several evenings although only booked bed and breakfast. Menu is extensive Very helpful hosts and staff, nothing too much trouble

Beds were very good, breakfast excellent (fresh fruit, fresh juice, excellent eggs, great choice, could not be better), good restaurant (with great choice of affordable local 'Nebbiolo' wines), the wellness centre was great (much more than one could expect from a small hotel); location perfect, friendly hosts.

RomaniaGreat location, quiet and beautiful-literally ski to door option. They offer free lift to the cable car and the ski piste ends at their entrance. Spotlessly clean room, very good restaurant with nice wine selection. The staff and owners friendly and helpful. A pleasant and cozy atmosphere for a beautiful ski holiday.

Great hotel, run by a warm and helpful family. We were very well looked after with good recommendations, good food, great service. The internal restaurant is reasonably priced with great traditional food. We even received fantastic ski instruction from Alberto - all very recommended. Santa Caterina had a small town with a few nice bars, a reasonably priced market where you can buy any necessaries or some cheese and snacks. The resort is also good fun with lifts a short walk from your door.
