Very nice studio apartment in Città Studi, clean and silent. Recently renewed, it is nested into a typical Milanese district in the city centre. The property was kind and easy to reach and to talk to. The presence of a parking (super rare in Milan city centre) is a strong plus. I will definitely book this place again when going to Milan on business.

It’s a great apartment, very clean and nice, 5 minutes to the city center by metro in Lima. The host Mila vas very nice and kind. The breakfast could be a little more extensive, but I don't have any complaints about that either. We are definitely visiting again, all recommendations for the apartment.

Everything was perfect. Mila let us in, showed us everything. Had coffee, milk, juice, and a small but ok breakfast. It was very clean, and the light through the windows was beautifull!

It is in a quiet and safe neighborhood. The apartment is clean, equipped with some things that you need to prepare some food. The bed was very good, you can get a good night sleep. It has a huge balcony with a table and sofa fit for 2 adults. Also you can rent separately the underground garage. The owner was a nice lady, polite and wery helpful. Milano definitely is a come back!😊

The apartment was quite big for a studio and had great facilities, including a huge balcony facing an enclosed garden, away from any roads. Our host was also very friendly, informative and responded to all our messages very quickly! Thank you!

This was excellent experience and we are more than thankful to Mila who was so helpful and friendly! Apartment is very stylish, mega clean, quit and comfy - I definitely recommend this place for everyone. There is everything you need for cooking and washing (washing machine; dishes; glasses etc), so we really enjoyed our self made dinners and it gave additional cosy vibe. Thanks a lot!

The garage is pretty narrow if you are coming with a bigger car so you need a little skill for parking ( our car is over 5 meters but it fits in the garage ) but that's usually in Italy .

We are a family with three kids 9,12 and 16 years and the apartment is big enough for normal living. The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing food ( if somebody wants to prepare meals ) with enough stock of basic food for breakfast and of course Lavazza espresso machine. We have been in the winter period and there is floor heating on both floors so you can adjust your room temperature. The building is very quiet so the only source of noise was my kids :) .

Very clean , quite and safe place .. Mila is very kind and helpful… Close to metro station Lima , you can go everywhere by metro , if you want to walk to Douma it takes max 30 minutes… Also 15 minutes by walk you can be in Centrale staion 🙃 İn the kitchen you cand find lots of coffee, tea , milk , fruitjuice…etc

The only thing I can think of is that the blanket for the sofa bed smelled a little funky. Apart from that, no complaints at all!

Everything. This place was amazing. Great location, close to the metro station and walking distance to restaurants, stores, and the Milano Centrale train station. Fully equipped (including washing machine). Both the bathroom and bedroom were super clean. Great, cozy view from the balcony at night. The staff was excellent!!! Very kind and attentive. If you're looking for comfort while still being close to the city, this is the place for you!
