The pool was quite small. The room was clean but in the corridors, there was some water leaking from the ceilings. Breakfast was very poor. When we came there was close to nothing left, the omelet was burned and unedible.

Since we travel independently, we don't enjoy noisy tourist groups, which this hotel seems to primarily serve. WE did NOT care for the constant schmaltzy muzak in the lobby and the dining room. But that is a very minor issue. Though self-serve breakfast choices were good, you had to wait for a waiter, to bring you a cup of coffee from the kitchen.

Air-conditioning was ok'ish but not cool, one night it appeared to malfunction, we called and it was solved remotely. Breakfast choice was limited (not continental) but healthy with fresh fruit.

The location (a car is a must); the cleanliness of the rooms was top notch, ample parking facilities, complementary water and juice in the foyer area, 24\7 customer service. We had a late night flight and could keep the room till evening at an extra cost.

Breakfast was a disaster. No clean plates, running out of food. Loads of tables pilled with everyone's dirty plates and no free table to sit at If this hadn't happened it would have been the perfect stay as everything else was so lovely!

The location of the hotel was in the vicinity of Trapani and Erice was important for us since we wanted to have a relaxed and tranquil stay and visit the Egadi Islands. Thank you Ylenia for the hospitality and great help.

There was a whole in one of the shower towels, and worms in the terrace where breakfast was served. Some of them had felt on the floor and where hanging from the ceiling. Besides that everything was great!

The view is amazing and the staff really friendly! The pool is a plus!

Breakfast was not that great and more often than not, thing were not available. Also, it would have been nice if they served drinks at the pool.

The location was really nice, with a beautiful view from the swimming pool, the restaurant, the breakfast area and rooms. The swimming pool itself was also very nice.

Breakfast could have been better (although pastries were really good), pool is really cold (true it was quite windy when we were there). We booked 6 rooms and asked to keep just one a bit later, but were asked to pay extra. While I understand this would be a standard charge, and since the room was available, one would think that there would be some sort of appreciation for such a large group.

Lovely hotel, which is very close to Erice (lovely little town). Great views and lovely pool area. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly (especially breakfast staff) and spoke good English.

We had a room next to an emergency door, which was also the door to the staircase. The door opens and closed each time someone walked up the stairway and it was so loud in the room. We couldn’t stay there.

Unfortunately the hotel is lacking in facilities. The spa was closed for the summer and although it claims to have a wine bar it no longer has one.

The inifinty pool would have been perfect had the bushes in front been trimmed low enough to take advantage of the overlook. Otherwise the hotel met expectations and was a great value for the money.

The Venere di Erice Hotel lies in a beautiful spot overlooking Tonnara Bonagia near Trapani and just below Erice. The panorama from our room was spectacular and driving up to Erice was very easy. The outdoor pool was beautiful and sparking clean. Additionally in a land of tiny parking spots, the parking lot at the hotel was as roomy as anything in the United States and though a small thing was very nice to have an easy place to park!!!
