The Internet was a little patchy, which I know isnt really the fault of the property, but other than that we can't really fault it.

Fabulous location, and although we were walking distance to most things, we still felt the actual street itself was quiet with no foot traffic which was great. Fully equipped with everything we needed, and they had already set a baby cot up for us on arrival.

We stayed as 5 people in the centrally located house. We were met by the owner at the ferry stop and we went home together. She gave detailed information about historical places and restaurants to visit in Venice.

Perfect location, only few minutes to main attractions - San Marco and Dodge palace. Spacious apartment, two bathrooms is a plus when you are more than 2 persons. The host Morena is very nice! She met as at a boat stop and walked to the place, also she was very helpful with recommendations

We appreciated the bath as we have a young child, but the over the bath shower could pose a problem for some.

Host's were very welcoming & shared heaps of great info. The Apartment was huge, & in a great location, just away from the hustle & bustle of all the tourists. We had a fantastic time in Venice. Walking distance to Saint Mark's Square. Lot's of restaurants & a good supermarket close by. Would highly recommend this property & Host's.

It's hard to find anything to dislike. Being a bit picky here, it would have been helpful to have a toaster and microwave... for breakfast/snacks, but we managed fine.

The owner / manager met us off the boat to walk us (just 10 mins) to the property, where he explained a bit more about the apartment and local area. The apartment was in a brilliant location, 5 mins walk from some excellent restaurants. Much quieter than the main tourist areas. Good supermarket, c2 mins walk from the apartment.

Location is perfect. Few minutes walk from Rialto station if you are coming by boat from the airport. The grocery shop next to the station is really handy. We met both Sonia and Morena and they were wonderful hosts. They did everything to accommodate our needs. The apartment is very nice and spacious. Will recommend staying there.

The location of this apartment was brilliant, just a few steps away from the Pier Rialto. And it’s very clean and tidy.

It is the best stay possible in Venice. The apartment is so beautiful and comfortable with all amenities available including great heating system considering we went in winters. The kitchen is fully functional and the host is so involved. She specially tought us how to use mochapot and we enjoyed the coffee every morning during our stay. She also received us from the vaporetto station personally. Location of the place is perfect, it is away from the crowds and noise but close enough for a short walk from all attractions. The locality around the apartment itself is also very interesting and good to explore with a wonderful local wine shop just a few steps away. Overall we loved the stay and it was just perfect, it couldn't have been better. Thank you so much for such a memorable stay! 😁❤️

Everything was very nice, location one of the best, accommodation was amazing - very spacious, clean and all facilities you need there (e.g. kitchen, coffee from the house - thank you!). Big thanks to Morena, for all the guidance and all support during our stay - it was a real pleasure to meet her. We will return for sure in the future.

The host Marena met us from our boat taxi.She was very friendly and brought us to our apartment. Marena was very informative and made our first experience flawless in Venice .

The owner Mrs. Morena was more than helpful, she was extremely polite, she came to welcome us personally, and she explained to us everything we need to know about Venice! She had prepared paper with map of Venice, she listed all the things we need to visit, also how to get back in the apartment! Everything was very, very clean, also very well equipped with all necessary things for one perfect stay! There was even washing machine, and detergent to wash! It was worm and comfortable in all the rooms. I was impressed by the owner - Morena who was extremely helpful and friendly! The apartment has perfect location, near everything we had to visit in Venice! Thank you dear Morena!

The apartment is amazing with very big rooms and all the equipment to our stay. There are some market and supermarket nearby and also restaurants. The team was really amazing on providing all details to take the "bus" and to reach the apartment. They were also supportive during all our stay with good places to eat.

Morena had been in touch with us way before we arrived and even advise us on upcoming train strikes. Sonya was there to greet us from the ferry stop and all the way to the accom, her personable touch is very warm and welcoming. The unit was impeccably clean, comfortable, spacious and remarkably picturesque. Stable water temperature and good pressure. Heating was good and works really well. Unit is close to a supermarket, St Mark's Sq and ferry terminal to Murano and Burano. Truly happy with my stay!

Minor things not worth mentioning.

The location of the apartment was exceptional being so close to the Rialto Bridge. The apartment was very spacious with a large bedroom , bathroom and lounging area. The building had a lift which was used when needed 😄 the apartment had easy access from the street. Our host was an excellent communicator providing a guide to our apartment, he was also great at letting us know how to find attractions in Venice. I can highly recommend this stay if you want to be at the centre of Venice attractions.
