You must try... Highly recommended! From the moment we arrived, we have received great hospitality from Tamara and Lio. They made our day by realize that our vocation started right there. Professional management team, wonderful sea view from the hill, new rooms, safe and convenient parking lot (inside of thr property). Above all, the golden location to cover Sadova, Taormina, Castelmola and Mt. Etna. Of course, if you wish to settle down for a beautiful beach day, the coastline, beach and sea view restaurants /cafes are just steps away... Especially ideal for travellers with car. It is a sweet spot where close enough to everything, every hot sightseeing spots, but you could still feel the sense of calm, peace, charm and relaxation.

This was one of the best accomodation travelling in Sicily. Very clean, spaceous room. Leo, the host, is great. And very helpul. If you are travelling by motorbike and car, this is the place to stay. Very safe and accessible parking. Location is good, you can visit nearby places around ( by car, motorbike or bus/train). Close to restaurants on the shore ( 500- 700m). Breakfast was good, in a cozy space to eat. We travelled by motorbike. Would definately come back.

We liked everything! Maybe I would only suggest to put some decoration to the walls or some extra colour somewhere, to make it more cosy...but this is only a suggestion.

Spacious and extremely clean rooms with terrace, spotless bathroom, soft towels, shower with very strong watter pressure, free safe parking behind the hotel and very polite and responsive staff. If you stay here and have a car, dont miss to visit a village Savoca, only 3km away, uphill. Go early, before tourist crowds and enoy a walk thru the village where the first Godfather was fiilmed.

Roberta is a wonderful girl, she is always helpful. She responds quickly and has an excellent memory. She even remembers the demands of coffee from each of us.

If one has a car then getting down to the beach will be easy. Walking is quite an exercise up the hill. No coffee or tea making facilities but I think this is due to it being a B&B.

Breakfast was good. Room was well sized and clean. Shower was a good size and water pressure good and hot. View from the room and balcony out to the mainland was great.

During our three weeks' Sicily travel, our stay at Verdello Home was the very most pleasing and memorable. Roberta, Lio and Mauro were extraordinarily welcoming and accommodating, and wonderfully friendly and attentive. Our day of arrival, due to a surprise same-day virtual business meeting, we messaged ahead to request an early checkin. Roberta responded immediately and - fully three hours before our scheduled arrival - along with a pleasant staff member met us in the parking area to help with bags and took us directly without checkin to our room with desk (and excellent WiFi) to set up for our meeting. She then suggested a restaurant to quickly pick up takeout food (uncommon in Sicily) to gobble in our room pre-meeting. Later, after checkin, Roberta gave a detailed intro to the property, asked our interests, provided info on the local area, and recommended excellent places to eat. (We had delicious relaxed dinners at Pipispezzi and Aloha Mare, and a wonderful patio lunch at Osteria del Borgo.) The Verdello Home property, gardens, building, room, and furnishings are new and high quality, immaculately clean and well cared-for. The shower and water pressure were by far the best we experienced in Sicily. Large windows and spacious furnished balconies provide excellent views of the Sea. The location is perfect for visits to Savoca, Taormina and many miles of beaches and beachfront towns. During our stay, Roberta and Lio took time to casually chat. We asked many questions and learned a whole lot about the local area, traditions, culture, work and careers, and family life. We were impressed and touched to learn that - for Lio and Mauro - Verdello Home is a true labour of love honouring their Father (a physician who designed and built Verdello Home for his retirement) and their Grandfather (a farmer whose lemon trees still adorn the Verdello Home property). Our experience was first class and heartwarming, and our memories will be absolutely unforgettable.

The place was spotless, everything looked so clean! And everyone was super kind and helpful. Breakfast was also amazing, and they readily aided us with any request we had. Located 10 mins walk away from the shore, where plenty of restaurants can be found.

The owners are very kind, they welcomed us warmly. If we return to the area, we will definitely return to this b&b. Good Breakfast. Free parking. Brand new hotel.

We don´t have any negative comments. The breakfast was good enough however for improvement we might suggest to add fresh vegetable, prepare the eggs in the different ways or add more bread.

We really enjoyed our stay in Verdello Home! We were group of 7 people and occupied 4 rooms. The hotel is new so all the rooms were very clean, nicely equipped spaced enough and comfortable. The rooms on the second floor has nice view on the see. The hotel provides private parking. It´s well located - close to the highway so easy to travel around the island. The sea (with the beach) and the restaurants are in walking distance (10-15 min). The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good (delicious croissants every day).
