Here you'd feel you got to stay in one of your friends' place. It's a very well equipped little flat located in a relatively new and modern area, at the end of a dead end street. Despite the location, parking is surprisingly easy. The apartment has everything you'd need, including a well equipped kitchen, nice bathroom with a washing machine. You also have access to a nice and comfy balcony, a selection of books, and even a guitar. Overall, highly recommended even for longer stays.

I loved everything in this apartment! 1.I asked the owner whether I could check in earlier; she was extremely accommodating; she already waited for me in front of the house and directed me to the parking spot (a good spot for someone who can't easily park); Anne explained everything in the apartment (if you have a taller car than average/a van, please talk to Anna) 2.A very quiet place: didn't have to use ear plugs at night; 3.A nice balcony with a view to the nature and with good furniture; 4.Apartment is absolutely charming and confortable; truly good vibrations in the bedroom. 5.Kitchen: all items are of good quality, not deformed (frying pan), not cheap and easily breakable (bottle opener); well functioning fan above the stove; if you have no food the first evening, there was pasta to cook and jars of a very good sauce; plus olive oil, honey vinegar, coffee, teas, sugar, etc... 6.Bathroom: first help set with everything you need (have never seen first help in any of the apartments before!); many other toileteries at your disposal! 7.Excellent internet! I needed to work in the evening and connect my work laptop, and it worked at the first attempt (in some apartments I wasn't able to connect at all) 8.TV programs: not only Italian, but also German, Swiss, Austrian 9.If you have a bicycle, there is a bike rack at the parking 10. 750m or 10min walk to CONAD store for everything you need. 11.The apartment sorts trash and does it well: in the kitchen and on the balcony 12.The apartment is located at the end of the street and at the beginning of one of the trails; if you have a dog, you can walk it in nature right outside to the apartment, without a need to take the car. I certainly plan to go back to this aparment!

The host was very kind and thoughtful. She even gave us a ride from the station. The place is very quiet and gave us a peaceful night of rest before starting our hike in the Dolomiti. Warmly recommended

In the garden around the complex a dog was barking, incessantly, each and every second, very loud, during more than 4 hours. It was terrible.

It was super confusing to get to the property. I missed the information email with contact details for the key pickup and there was no information table outside the apartment that would inform guests where to pick up the keys. And since there are often traffic jams, it was not pleaseant to do the drive with tired kids to pick up the keys. We were not impressed by the matraces. The bunk-bed was a half-joke (each bed folds-out of the holding structure). We did not dare to let one of our 2 kids sleep on the upper one. I would have whished for a more 'consistent' kitchen utensils and having wine glasses would have been nice. The ventilation above the stoove had neither an internal filter, nor a pipe going outside. It looked unfinished. The door on the built-in fridge were only attached during our stay. Being about 10 minutes by car out of Lido di Jesolo means that there are no cute cafeterias in walking distance to go for a breakfast. However there are 2 smaller shops very close by which is nice.

I think the location is great - close (maybe 3 minutes by foot) to a nice, not too crowded beach, it was nice to have a pool (one medium sized for swimming and one for small kids). One could get some simple food directly at the beach (few more options were at walking distance). The apartment must have been remodelled recently, so it was in a good shape and pretty nice (save for the sofa, that was a piece of old junk). The AC work well and was well placed at a logical place. Even thouth we gon donfused with the key pickup, the Lady at the office was nice. We could also leave early on the departure day and just leave the keys in the post box (I recommend to leave early, or get ready for massive traffic jams!).
