You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

CanadaThe pillows are in poor shape. Putting a pillowcase on a hunk of hard foam does not make it a pillow. Please invest in some good pillows. The mattress was just ok.
Location was very good Breakfast was well done Nice room, clean well setup Lots of parking You can get a meal plan with your stay, we chose only the breakfast. Beds were clean and the linens we very nice.

Hotel in a good location. Is not posh but rustic and down to hearth. Need some maintenance work done and some taking care but other than that, rooms were clean spacious and comfortable. Good if you just need to touch base and sleep there. Good value for money as breakfast was included. Staff was friendly and helpful.

United KingdomIt accepts groups of schoolboys on a football tournament. On our first night we had to ask the reception to get the boys to quieten down, they were chatting and shouting in the corridors , they had no concept of being quiet for others. Luckily it settled down by 11pm, back up again at 6 am. We asked to move for the next night and it was much better at the top of the hotel. Minimal noise reduction built in so no soundproofing anyway. The owner and at least one member of his staff didn’t appear to welcome foreigners and the PR aspect of this hotel needs significant improvement. Continental breakfast was OK with lovely croissants but offered the least choice of any of the 4 previous 3 star hotels in the area we had stayed in.
Quiet spot just out of town centre with lovely views of surrounding countryside. Not too far to walk into Asiago centre if you want to rather than use the car.

The staff were super accommodating and the hotel was close to the city center and the ski slopes.

IcelandI didn’t like how the owner treated us! It seemed like he was always arguing with the staff, which were a lot of his family members. If he was asked about something there seemed to be a problem every time and he didn’t speak or understand English well. What threw me off the most is how he spoke with guests if there was a problem and blaming guests for things that went wrong. Also when I was checking out after a 10 my day stay he was going to charge me more than I had already paid via booking and he argued with me that I hadn’t paid which I did long before we arrived, he started yelling at me about how I hadn’t paid so I had to show him recites and my banking after a while he saw how I had paid and wasn’t happy with me. He told another person in our group that he would never want to see us or other group of guests again and we’re not allowed to stay with in the hotel again I was shocked as everyone was piloted and didn’t want to cause any trouble. Also we decided to leave for one night and heard they were going to phone us to ask if they could use the room for the night(which was already paid for), they never called but when we got back it showed that they had been moving stuff around and some things were missing. They never wanted to admit it, but things were moved around more than just after cleaning the rooms on regular bases. Wi-Fi was really bad and was only available the lobby, it was really really slow and not working often either. Would have wanted to rate this hotel higher as the other staffs were nice and willing to help, if the owner wasn’t around.
Chef did a good job with a simple menu. At dinner they were quick to bring the food and take away plates, rooms were clean and got new towels every day. The group of people that were staying at the same time as us made the stay fun and like everyone was a big family. In a quiet area little ways from town.

Italyeverything needs to improve, starting from the staff and especially the host at the reception. we had a very unpleasant welcoming, they are extremely rude. in addition, the room was dirty (not sure they actually change the bed sheet) and there was a lot of noise during the night. the cleaners in the morning talk loudly and you can’t sleep properly due to the noise.
the only good thing is the location, very close to the Center.
