Was told it was a room with twin beds. And it had a balcony. . This wasn't true. But still enjoyed our stay

The location was brilliant. The room was small but clean. We were told it was a twin room with a balcony. This wasn't correct. It was a double so my son and myself had to share a bed. We arrived after 1pm so the owner messaged us on WhatsApp and explained how to enter the guest house. We only saw the owner once during our stay. But we were in touch with the app if we needed any help. We would stay here again. Especially because we were near the Colosseum.

Breakfast was a little disappointing as just prepackaged cossants and pastries so were not fresh and coffee machines were unfortunately not working, but for the price paid for Room we didn't really mind that much, The shower was nice and hot but tiny so it would probably be difficult for a larger person. But on the whole a great little place if you're just looking for a clean basic friendly base to explore Rome

The location was fantastic ,right next to the Colosseum , The hosts were lovely and very friendly and helpful The room was spotlessly clean and excellent value for money it was an excellent base to explore beautiful Rome . We thoroughly enjoyed it

The shower was tiny.

It’s only a block away from the coliseum and the Coliseum metro station, making it so convenient. The room was very nice and clean.

Water pump was very noisy and thumped loudly at all hours - when you, or other guests, used shower, flushed toilet etc. Led to interrupted sleep. The shower (& the access) is so small that it is potentially dangerous. Bed head was broken - and bed was small (European?) Queen size - and not comfortable. Breakfast selection was very poor - prepackaged bakery goods, no milk on 2 days, no tea, fruit was old and inedible.

Location - literally right at the Colesseum - everything, including the metro, within a couple of blocks. Room was serviced daily and very clean. New aircon for late summer heat. Friendly staff/proprietor.

Lighting wasn’t that great. Shower was a little of a worry because of narrow step. Interesting noise the plumbing made.

The continental breakfast was mostly pre-packed food but fresh juice, milk and yoghurts in the fridge were a nice touch. The shower in our room was compact and the step out from the shower was very small and extra care had to be taken when getting out. There was some noise from outside the window but with air conditioning on and window closed was not an issue.

The location for Rome attractions was perfect and only 150 metres from the Colosseum. A few nice bars and restaurants on its doorstep made it even better. The owners were extremely friendly and the room very comfortable.

First night the air-con was hopeless, complained about it....... day 2 Gianluca had it ripped out and replaced with brand a new system. How's that for customer service !

Friendly helpful hosts, nice rooms, excellent location in the heart of the historic centre. After day 2 the newly installed air-con was also excellent.

Small leaky shower.

The hosts are fantastic. Went above and beyond to be nice, but shower is VERY small and leaked. A large person would never fulit in it. Beds were great. Would definitely recommend.

Breakfast was included but all the offerings were prepackaged breakfast items except for some apples that were a little old and wrinkly. The refrigerator in the breakfast room was barely cold and left the food items not very cold. The worst thing was the air conditioner, it never stayed on past 10-15 minutes and the room never got below 28C. It would automatically shut off and not come back on unless you turned it off and then back on. It was actually cooler outside than in the room. We had to keep turning it off and on all night just to keep it at 28. That makes it very difficult to sleep. My guess is that they have it set that way so you can’t use too much electricity but it makes it very uncomfortable when it’s time to sleep.

Location was excellent, about a block away from the colosseum. There was an elevator; which is always a plus when you have a huge bag. The owner was very responsive when there was an issue with the air conditioner, even though it was not resolved.

Wasn't bad but the breakfast selection could of been a bit better in terms of selection, and only 1 coffee available per day.

Great location, colosseum was literally at the bottom of the road. Supplied a cott bed as requested. Room was tidy and plenty of towels and air Conditioning was a must in the heat!! Host was lovely, explained where we was and the best way of seeing all the sights in the heat, using the metro etc.
